While I was loading the fireplace heater onto the carry out cart a store employee with out me asking came over and helped me load the heavy fireplace. i was very impressed and thankful.

Had an experience at the Self Serve Checkout. Register was out of paper. I am standing there for several minutes. Watching at least 2 associates having a conversation with a third person. Waved. They were oblivious to me standing there waiting for help. Another customer told me to check the computer terminal for my receipt. Which was sitting in the printer. Grabbed it and left. On my way out I informed one of the cashiers of what just happened. She went to take care of the issue.

The store is customer friendly and sales staff is very helpful.Should I need to return items, there is never a problem. I can shop with confidence knowing my needs will be met.

The customer service at this Home Depot is awesome. I am here about twice a month and have never had a question that could not be answered. I love going to this Home Depot

visit our local home depot many times thru the year......my fathers day and birthday gifts are home depot gift cards....since my retirement, use these cards and cash for home repair and lawn care maintenance. Always find what i need and looking for.......

After getting the run around from other Home Depots and then no one picking up the phone in the outside garden department, the Customer Service Representative Arlene went and located the merchandise I was looking for since the computer system wasn't accurate in other stores. I was pleasantly surprised a few hours after my initial call, to hear that she had found and put aside the item I had been looking for. I came right away to pick it up.

Easily the cleanest and most organized store in the area. All the associates are readily available and very helpful. The store manager is always present and visible. She obviously leads by example because she is always working in some department. A consistently pleasant experience shopping in this Home Depot.

Awesome customer service, not like the one in Hamilton. People like Larry, Jim, Jamie and Mark make a big difference!!

Overall, clean and able to get some help. However, I would appreciate excellent customer service. Meaning, need of store associates to load items like mulch, stones, pebbles and so on.

I enjoy shopping at this location, very convenient. This store usually has most of what I need in stock.
