This store always have what I am looking for. And checking out is always a breeze. And the workers are always there to help you find whatever you are looking for.

This store is very well stocked and organized.

This is one of the smaller format stores but is very helpful, clean, and convenient. Though smaller I have rarely been unable to find exactly what I was searching for. The rentals are great too.

Most of the time the staff in this store are very pleasant and go out of their way to help you. I enjoy shopping at this store.

Store continues to be cluttered!!! often hard to get through the aisles. When I tried to purchase an appliance that I thought was on sale was told it was Back ordered not available till July 7 I continue to shop at this store only for the convenience. I walk in knowing that it is cluttered and often may not get through am aisle or two.

Cool atmosphere and friendly associates through out the store.

The store is always neat, clean and orderly. Associates are almost always very cheerful and friendly. I find that the best time to visit is between 8 AM and 10 AM or after 6 PM for the best shopping experience.

Employees are always patient with me, and try to help me figure out exactly what it is I need for my home repair project. I'm there nearly every week and it's always the same: Helpful.

Everyone is always eager to help me, no matter what I need to find. They watch to see if I'm having any trouble finding something I need - which is most of the time.

We recently went to store 4173 to browse through solar panels for th patio. Leslie was efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Our concerns were adequately met. I would definitely request Leslie again if I needed help in the flooring area.

EVERYTHING EASY TO LOCATE, HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT, PRICED RIGHT.

I find that every single aisle is very cluttered with sale items and makes it very hard to navigate through the store. which makes it all the more aggravating. I know they have specials but I do not see it necessary to load the aisle up with boxes and boxes of everything and everything under the sun. Of course I am sure this is happening in every store.. Just my 2 cents worth

Thanking the staff members of this particular Home Depot location, although I receive the same wonderful service at every other Home Depot stores I have purchased from. I am always amaze at the professionalism and family oriented environment received from their employees. Great Job Guys! This is one of the many reasons I continue to be a loyal customer with all your stores!

Great store! Well stocked and friendly employees. My go-to in my city.

I've noted a couple of relatively minor issues before--distracting music on the PA at times, lack of info about where to find products--but generally this store is excellent. In particular, I've had occasion to ask advice from the associates in plumbing and electrical and received very helpful information.

John in the plumbing dept. is excellent. If you're having any plumbing issues seek him out. Most of the employees are helpful and friendly. They will go out of their way to help you. The female store manager has no personality though.

This store is excellent with the nicest employees

Last night (Sunday) my wife and I stopped in to pick up a package of plastic sheet to wrap a mattress. We found that and had a look at dishwashers; thinking to replace our aging unit. Lots of choices and hard to figure which features were important. The dept associate offered to help when we arrived and when we said we were just looking he left us alone--something I appreciate. Pretty soon we did have some questions and he was right there to answer them; without "selling" us or pushing us to particular models--something else I appreciate. We got a good education. After that we stopped in Plumbing and again were offered help. This time I learned how to use PEX tubing for a project I'm thinking about to add a prep sink in our kitchen. He even demonstrated how to attach the tube to connectors and how to bend it--basically everything I'd need to know. Again, a good, quick education that was really helpful.

My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received at this store. we were greeted and respected by the clerk in the appliance department by the name of Nicole. She was very helpful and took care of us in a very timely manner.

I've been in the Easton Home Depot twice in the last few weeks for big item purchases since I just bought a home. On both occasions, I needed items from flooring and the sales person, Leslie, was very helpful. I thought I'd have to look for a salesperson, but she was in the flooring dept. Even though she was dealing with another customer's problem, I didn't have long to wait for assistance. She quickly helped me with my purchases. I was so impressed, I'm going back to get window treatments. I scheduled an appt. for measuring, and the man that came to my home was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Unlike another store, where the measuring person acted like it was a big inconvenience to measure 5 windows. I highly recommend the flooring dept at this home depot.

Durenda and Greg are exceptional employees who are willing to go the extra mile to help the customers like me! I think they are the best example of employees who really add value to a good company and invite costumers to keep coming back! Thank you !
