The store was very clean the items are easy to find and I love that it's nice in fresh in there while I do my shopping. When I need help there's always an associate ready to help me.

Excellent shopping experience. I purchased bathroom supplies and required assistance. I called for assistance and an associate came within two minutes.

You had everything I needed including fans and hoses that no stores including Wal-Mart said were seasonal and couldn't be found. Lives don't follow seasons they follow your needs. Everyone who I walked up to helped me with a smile I was in and out quick.

This Store is super in costumer service. The lines go by fast, everyone is in good spirit. Its always pleasant going in there. They can work on maintenance, the store can look cleaner and more updated. But that's minor. Victoria in appliances was great. Super calm and sweet. She helped us find exactly what we needed. Also Lazaro and Christian where very helpful as they loaded our refrigerator. They are very careful as they load. Great Job! Thanks..

I went in to the home depot looking for flex seal, granted I forgot the name of it. Anyway, after finding an associate, she was able to tell me the name of it and she said straight ahead, while pointing down the aisle... anyway, I had already looked down the aisle and couldn't find it, so I was like, fine i'll look again. After not being able to find it again, I asked her again... so this time, she said straight ahead and showed that it was on the display, sheesh. Just say it's straight ahead on the display.

The shelves at the sprinkler/irrigation supplies were hard to navigate, especially if you are a non-tradesman. I needed help regarding a part I was needing, and I was waiting since the associate was with another customer. When he was done I waved at him indicating I needed help, and from half way down the aisle he said "What do you want?" Is this the way you do things here in Mira Loma Home Depot? I guess so. I told this associate, Ray, "I called you because I need help sir". I need a part I said, and indicated to him what I need and he in a very not so patient way walked to the shelf grabbed it and went away. I am used to good service from your store from previous experience. If the staff are having a bad day do not take it out on the customer, or base the way you act by what the customer is wearing. 0/5 stars for this visit.

Juan Rodriguez went out of his way to help me with my flooring order. He made the experience easy and I am thankful for his help. The cashiers in this store we also very helpful.
