Every time I visit this store I receive the best customer service from the entire staff and especially Dee.

I found the staff to be extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone did their job with a friendly smile which makes spending your money a little easier.

I had a red oak 1x12 x5' board which is sold at Linear Board Foot. The first cashier wasn't sure how to ring up the product on her computer. I told her it should be about $41.00. She called for help and was given a price of $21.00 for the board. It's Christmas and I don't like to see anyone lose a job through a major mistake so I went to another cashier - Wendy - at the lumber check-out. She verified the correct price at $41.00 I could have taken advantage of the first cashier but that's not the person I was raised to be. More training is due for all cashiers on how to calculate premium lumber sold in linear board feet if Home Depot does not want to be in the red.

I was very impressed by the stores clean state. I was able to find everything I need. A very good store to shop at.

Best store we have been in . CINDY was very helpful with pro extra. She took her time explaining. we will now use the program more . RAY was helpful in trying to locate out of stock items in other store, this store should be a model on how to help customers.

The associate that assisted us in purchasing our Christmas tree was truly delightful. He was so personable and interesting, and made our trip way more fun than we thought it could be. He spent so much time with us, and it was obvious that he really enjoys his job. The store was out of the tree we liked so we bought the floor model. He and another associate were so helpful in wrapping up the tree and making the purchase so easy. We will have a difficult time going to a store other than the Edgewood Home Depot as a result of our stellar experience!

The store associates were very helpful and were willing to answer the questions or get the right person to give the correct answer. There was no waiting at the customer checkouts and the cashiers were readily available even with the self checkout kiosks.

Great store, very highly recommended, great service

This store has had a few employees in the past that were obviously not happy with their job. Seems Home Depot has managed to weed them out, and replace them with friendlier staff. Lately the employees are friendly and helpful. Items were exactly where I would expect to find them. Together these things help to make the shopping here quick, efficient and pleasurable.

The sales associates provided fantastic service during my visit. I am used to walking around a store to find help, but that was not the case at all. In every department I visited, the associates came up to me and asked if I needed help. They were able to answer all of my questions and made my experience very enjoyable!

Enjoy shopping at this store. Not too crowded and associates are always available.

When you need help with anything the Edgewood pro desk is the place to go. They will go the extra mile to help get you what you need. Excellent service from all of them. I go to Home Depot's all over the area and none compare to this one. Keep up the good work!!

I must commend the young lady that helped me have an exceptional experience. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained the best way to care for my plants, the temperature I should maintain for them and how moist I should keep them. if Home Depot had more employees like the young lady that assisted me, I know that would make big impact on revenue.

Stores great never have a problem in this store it's always clean and the people are very helpful they all know me by name

Amazing store, the staff there are really there to help you out. If you asked them a question and they don’t know. Before they leave your side they will find someone who knows the right answer. As DIYer, I rely on their expertise for certain situations, seeing as how I don’t know. They haven’t been wrong yet…….

Most of my visits to Home Depot end with some of the younger male associates not offering assistance. The older 40+ yr olds and most of the women are always offering assistance.

The mentioned area is in my neighborhood,so I will do my part in assuring services I n I my area through patronage.

I always have the best experience at this Home Depot. I am usually asked by more than one associate if I need help. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable. By far my favorite Home Depot.

The store was very clean, and easy to walk through the isles.
