Iam a regular customer there 2 or 3 times a day the staff goes above and beyond every time I'm there

I am very satisfied with Home Depot employee named Chris in plumbing department he help me to find correct PVC connecter pipe He was very friendly and very helpful to find me correct product and it's was perfect no more leak issues I am extremely satisfied with service

Cashier Brandon was really helpful

i was disappointed in the wording and placement of the free Ryobi tool in the circular. it was very misleading in how it was presented and also disappointed in not receiving the free tool with my Ryobi tool kit purchase. The ad has a very very faint shadowing that the average person would have difficulty know which tool you need to purchase to receive the free promotion. Home Depot and Ryopbi need to rethink their advertising so it doesn't appear deceptive. This is not a reflection on the Edison store more like a black eye on the corporate level.

Edison home depot has more inventory than surrounding home depot stores. friendly staff that wants to help thank you Aspasia + Grisel

I find this store to be well kept / inventory maintained and the store personnel very helpful with a pleasant and positive demeanor. It makes shopping there a pleasant experience as I don't spend time trying to locate items or get additional information for products and projects I'm working on.

My recent visits to this Store have been mainly to the Paint Department. Invariably, each interaction with the Associates have been the best. I should say that Greg, Bill and the two young lady associates are exemplary. They exude the desire to help, to be cheerful and above all, to ensure that the customer leaves their department fully satisfied. I sincerely hope that each and every associate will be as enthusiastic as these individuals and emulate them. These four associates need to be recognized and rewarded. After all, at the end of the day, what creates a cutting edge with your competitors, is eventually customer service. I bypass your competitor store to come to you, and I am confident that many more will. Managers , please recognize these stalwarts.

The service at this store has improved a lot over the years. On tonight's visit I had assistance from three employees and they were all friendly.

This is my "go to" Home Depot, good people, usually everything is in stock, convenient to get in and out of.

Their cashier Brandon is absolutely terrible at his job. He doesn't speak to you even if you say hi and he doesn't even bag your items, he'll just start scanning the next person in line mixing up everyone's products. Who does that? Hire employees that want to be there.

THIS IS VERY CLOSE TO MY HOUSE BUT BESIDES THIS... I FOUND OUT THE EMPLOYEES IN THIS STORE TO BE VERY PATIENCE AND READY TO LISTEN.

THE PEOPLE ARE VERY HELPFUL, THE STORE IS CLEANED EVEN SOMETIMES IS NOT.

FOR THE STORE MANAGER TO GET DOWN ON HIS HANDS AND KNEES TO FIND THE LAST DOOR LOCK SET WE NEEDED AND HE HAD TO GO THROUGH A NUMBER OF BOXES THAT IS WHAT I CALL OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! THIS STORE ALWAYS HAS EVERYTHING I'VE NEEDED PLUS OUTSTANDING FRIENDLY SERVICE.

Even though there is another store closer this store is my go to.

ALWAYS have a great shopping experience here. Today, a young fellow named Andre, was just The Best and I really appreciated his assistance. And Janice, in the gardening dept has been of great help for years!

I have shopped Home Depot in half a dozen states, this is the best I have been to. Danny (and Danni), Andy, Stan, Garry (2 R's), and many other staff I don't have the names of (but probably should by now), make this store friendly, efficient and helpful.
