Most associates were very kind and helpful, some seemed to be put out or rude. Cashier seemed to be unhappy with her job.

The cashier was too busy talking to another associate to be availabe at the checkout counter.

I came into contact with 5 different employees during my most recent visit, and I was SO impressed with how helpful the staff was. I was easily directed to what I needed. Checking out was a breeze. My car was loaded for me. And most importantly I was told, "Thank you! We appreciate your business!"

We were greeted and asked if we needed help by many associates. However, when we requested for help out to our car (we bought doors and lumber) we waited in the exit zone for nearly 20 minutes.

Each and every Pro desk associate is highly knowledgable. Danny, Brenda, Brian and Dave have each saved me money or time (or both) on several large remodel projects.

I was not satisfied with the associates. No one was willing to help me when I saw several people not working.

Finding associates who are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly is wonderful. The gentleman who helped me with my stripping project made my life a lot easier!

I'm just starting this year's garden, and Home Depot got me off to a great start with beautiful, healthy plants at an exceptionally good price -- which is important since I still have a lot more to buy.

The associates are more than willing to help you with questions, etc.

I was very impreseed on the cleanliness and organized garden shop. I got my mulch and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Thank You for your availalibilty of the rubber mulch.

I found the selection of plants and flowers with the prices I needed to spice up the yard this spring.

It took 1 hour and 40 min to purchase a washer and dryer that we had selected on a previous visit. Only 1 person working the appliance department and she was helping another customer. After 40 min another person tried to help but was unable to get the job done

Home Depot almost always has what I want in store or on-line. When Ordered on-line it's ready for me to pick up when it say's it will be.
