I enjoyed my visits. It really did help me finish remodeling my home! It's just what my wife and I expected!

The staff was very friendly and was able find what were looking for quickly.

I usually find what I want/need and at a price that is sometimes less than I expect. It helps that it is closer to my home/work area than any other such store.

All the time is hard to find an associate to help you, this time i got lucky.

Your people are very knowledgeable on products and you have very good prices.

Got a power tool combo kit with missing parts. Associates implied maybe I stole the missing parts as a consumer my feelings were hurt drasticly. Overall good service, associates we are human and have feelings be consiterate on how I choose ur words

Supervisor, Amanda Rocha was extremely friendly, helpful and informative. She made our visit a very pleasant and enjoyable one and she helped to ease our work on ordering the products we needed for our home project.

If you need expert advice in the Paint dept. I would make it a point to ask when Alice will be working. She went above and beyond to explain the colors and after a major "fail" with the first paint we bought, we went back, Alice Fixed everything .. So So happy

I called several hours before I arrived to check inventory. I didn't want to waste time if they didn't have what I needed. Bought several blinds and curtain rods for my home, but the inventory was off and I had to go to another store 8 miles away to get the remainder They had problems with their register and credit card machine, we changed stations and has to reload every thing. The boxes were sealed when I bought them,. The associate cut them to my measurements and repackaged without taking out the sealed hardware box. During installation found the boxes were missing several part and two of the parts were warped and could not be installed. The associates were very helpful and attentive, they found parts after waiting for approval from the manager. Waiting for the register issues and the manager too longer than the actual process. All in all it wasn't too bad for 8:45 PM on a Saturday night. Still got the house fixed up for the in-laws visit the next day. It is a little aggravating when you find the inventory is not accurate. My fault for not buying the items days in advance and check the hardware.

I checked online for a part to a Pegasus faucet and was referred to HomeDepot.com which did not help. I went across town to a store and after maybe 20 minutes, the associate informed me to call the manufacturer direct. I wish the Website would have told me that! It would've saved me time and the trip.

David from the garden center is one of the friendliest gentleman I have ever been blessed to know. I enjoy the days he is working because he is always willing to help. And his help does not stop with just items in store he is very knowledgeable in different fields.

Have shopped at home depot for years. Stores are always well stocked, and prices are always very competitive. Over all I am very satisfied with Home Depot , it's employees, and it's products.

It never fails that assistance is no where to be found! Then we find some one and they call someone else for help, I think everyone that works there should know each deportment so they can help us then and there.

We needed a refund taken care of as we were overcharged $528 from a sale made ten days ago. The cashier stated she could not help with the refund and said we had to get back at the end of the line. The other cashier in the other line had authority to make refunds. The cashier should have asked for assistance to handle our refund instead of making us go back to the end of the line. I had to speak with the manager to explain our situation. Upon seeing this, the cashier stated we were next line, but the manager went ahead and assisted us. Suggestion: extra help should be provided at the registers on Ladies Night Out to ensure the regular customer are serviced.

I visit Home Depot almost every week, however have never been completely satisfied with associates...always walking by customers and do not offer help. I realize I go in - I'm on my own... When I ask for help or see sombody...the normal response -"I don't work in the area or let me get somebody for you and help arrives late or not at all. I recently had a project come up last minute when a roof leak required I buy last minute paint supplies and went to the store in the late evening ... to my surprise the paint counter guy was very helpful and as I walked around the gentleman in the bathroom/kitchen fixture area stopped me and asked if I needed help - and gave me good advise on questions I had on a clogged sink. Sadly, as usual I needed more paint and everthing went back to normal...when I returned the very next morning to the store. When I asked an associate for something I needed the typical answer returned...wow! Th cashiers were not friendly paint counter guy said he could not shake/stir the paint I was purchasing-"We don't have the machine - really!" The very night before the guy offered and asked me if he could take care of that for me ... I didn't ask! Classic...lost for words

Best store experience I've had. Staff is friendly and very helpful and it is easy to find what you're looking for. Also, the product variety is great and love the store cleanliness.Home Depot makes it easy and enjoyable to shop around. Plus, the gardening section is amazing!

We made a purchase for a washer and dryer. Customer service is very important to us. We find that excellent customer service is hard to find in the El Paso community. It is hard to support a store that does not take care of its employees. Several employees verified they do not get an employee discount. The employees are the backbone of the store, and if they are dissatisfied, then it usually shows in performance. Furthermore, we felt uneasy at checkout after being hit with up sells after we were told about free installation and delivery. It would have been better if the sales associate was honest from the beginning. Overall, my experience was good. The management came through for an extended 0% interest promotion even after finance declined the extension. We had to find our own sales associate to assist us, but she was very helpful once she arrived into the department. Prices are competitive.
