Store was very clean, associates were available for assistance and courteous during my shopping experience. The manager Shawn Royster is top shelf in his professionalism and service. He treated me like royalty while in the store and even came back to check with me to make sure I was taken care of. Two thumbs up.

I shop this store for 90% of my hardware needs and it is always clean, bright and almost always has what I need. A nice shopping experience weather just dropping in for 1 item of window shopping for home improvement ideas. Stopping by tomorrow to rent the truck and pick up 400 feet of base board, 1/4 round trim and some paint for basement! Carpet estimate tomorrow as well. Thanks Home Depot

I love my local Home Depot! Everyone there seems to know a bit about everything and if they dont, they know exactly where to point you. The only thing Im not really vibing with is the "walkaround salesman" that is trying to sell me windows.

The store was very organized and clean and I found what I needed in 2 seconds. Its really open an the prices are great! They had everything in stock... more than I needed. The checkout line goes by quick even if the person in front of you has a cart full. The associates knew what they were talking about and knew where everything was. The experience overall deserves more than five stars. Thanks Home Depot you have helped me with all my needs.

My experience at Eldersburg home depot was very good, the store was clean and organized. I really like how the store had self checkout areas so i could check out even faster.

The store was clean and I really liked the woman that checked us out! She was very friendly and was very quick getting us out of the store with our purchase's.

At sometime during the previous evening, we suspect a truck went off the road and "decapitated my and my 3 other neighbors' mailboxes...must have been going like crazy since one of the mail boxes landed about 30 feet from where it had been. These mail boxes are the type that you put together and then slip over a 4X4 post. In any case, was able to salvage 2 of the mailboxes but needed to new ones. Went to Home Depot, they had what I was looking for (Rubber Made), and was in and out of the store in about 15 minutes. The associate at the Service Desk knew exactly where the mail boxes were located, and the cashier at checkout (Self) assisted me in gaining my military discount. Good shopping experience.

The cashier assisted me to where my prduct was located. They knew exactly where it was. They then proceeded to help teach me how to use the slef checkout machines since I had not used them before. She had dark brown hair, and the biggest smile. I think her name was kristina. She should be recognized for her patience.

Not all specials were easy to find. One special just put on sale was completely sold out the morning of the sale. The outdoor salmonella candles were completely gone. Not a one. I realize the ad said while supplies last, but this was early in the morning the day of sale. Were they even there? It would be helpful to advertise where the specials are (as I found out later most were right by customer service). Perhaps a big arrow?

It took 20 minutes to buy a 5 gallon water. The management should be reviewed, especially the district manager

I was building a deck and needed to order some Trex. Nat at the Pro Desk asked me some questions to make sure I bought the right items and did make costly mistakes. I really appreciate Nat doing a great job and being so helpful.

I called to confirm an item in stock. The item was in stock when I arrived. An associate heard me talking to myself and told me where to find the item - I didn't even have to ask for help. The item was exactly where he said it would be.

To make this short I would like to thank the Manager this Morning with helping me in a difficult situation. I had left some supply's at the store while loading up material last Sunday. The manager took me for my word and replaced my supply's just on my word. This meant a great deal to me as a long time customer and the fact that I could just be running a scam. I wish I had of gotten his name but it was at 6:15 am on Sunday 6/6/2015. Again Thank you.

Best Home Depot in area for finding what you need. Lots of store associates who know what you need.

I shop at Home Depot almost every week, and I always am satisfied with the experience. We do a lot of renovations on our home and buy everything at Home Depot.

I am disabled so I sent my wife with all the info to purchase an outdoor storage shed with a weight of 76 lbs. She found associate Joshua(JAH4989) to help her. Joshua went beyond the call of duty with his help & politeness! My wife came home raving about how nice this young man was! Joshua won my wife's heart! He assisted her from start to finish! He helped her find the item, checked her purchase out at the register & loaded it in the back of our pick-up truck! We need more nice young men like Joshua to assure us that the future burns bright! Thanks Joshua! Your the MAN!
