Everytime I come into Home Depot in Eldersburg, MD I have a great experience. I can always find someone to help me and they offer expert advice. The store is always neat, clean, and easy to shop.

Andrew was very helpful in assisting me in the selection of a new dishwasher. Ordering and set-up for delivery was easy. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it was able to be delivered. Garrett has also been very helpful to me in past encounters. Thank you for your help!

I have shopped in Home Depot in Eldersburg for 10 years and have ALWAYS had outstanding customer service. This store is without doubt one of the top I've ever been to.

Mr. Andrew Parker provided excellent customer service in my appliance selection. I was only in the 'still looking phase' however, I decided to purchase my refrigerator early because of Mr. Parker's excellence, professionalism, knowledgeable and friendly customer service. I came into contact and interacted with approximately 3 other sales associates in the store during my visit and they were all courteous and professional. I bypass 2 other stores closer to me because of the top notch customer service I have always received @ the Eldersburg, MD location.

Had a hard time finding an associate for a light bulb but once I found one she was very knowledgeable and knew right where to go.

Bart who works in the lumber section was extremely helpful and full of knowledge. He made our trip quick and spent plenty of time answering our questions

This store is usually always clean, organized and fully stocked. The associates are knowledgeable and hepful. I went to home Depot purchased residental water heater and installed it all in about an hour.

Store was very clean, associates were available for assistance and courteous during my shopping experience. The manager Shawn Royster is top shelf in his professionalism and service. He treated me like royalty while in the store and even came back to check with me to make sure I was taken care of. Two thumbs up.

I shop this store for 90% of my hardware needs and it is always clean, bright and almost always has what I need. A nice shopping experience weather just dropping in for 1 item of window shopping for home improvement ideas. Stopping by tomorrow to rent the truck and pick up 400 feet of base board, 1/4 round trim and some paint for basement! Carpet estimate tomorrow as well. Thanks Home Depot

I love my local Home Depot! Everyone there seems to know a bit about everything and if they dont, they know exactly where to point you. The only thing Im not really vibing with is the "walkaround salesman" that is trying to sell me windows.
