This a a great store with employees always ready to assist. I can easily find what I need in a prompt time frame and I appreciate the inventory readily available.

This Home Depot location is closest and easiest for myself and my husband to stop at. This location is always neat and easy to move through. The staff is upbeat, and sure to ask if you are looking for anything in particular, or simply ask if you're having a good day. Each employee seems to take pride in what they do, in my experience with companies, happy employees are a result of being treated well and with respect by upper management and that flows to the top. I have to give Home Depot a BIG THUMBS UP...as there are many large stores that do not have that extra punch of helpful and friendly employees!

Due to an old knee injury, I am unable to be on my feet for long periods of time so I use this stores pickup service. Customer service staff are always friendly and helpful. I have a Home Depot closer to my house but drive the extra distance because of the service.

I ordered the facilities on line. It was have been better if I had gone to Home Depot #1859 in the first place and talked to Angie. She is an expert and is patient and helps you stay on track and get things done. I am much calmer now that my problems were solved at the store by her!

The store is clean, organized and well-stocked, and the employees are friendly and helpful.

I have been coming to this and other Home Depot regularly since Hurricane Harvey and the service has been wonderful. Just today, I saw something in your Christmas area and there was only the example. Speaking with Shelby, she called another representative for me. This agent was named Susan, I believe both are the Dream Team. Susan in garden, looked everywhere for quite sometime, until she found it. Shelby again help me with checking out and answering all my questions with courtesy and patience.

I entered the store loss and a store employee asked me if I needed help. I didn't have to ask them and feel like I was interrupting them. They where friendly and took me to the correct location and helped me get the correct items I needed so I wouldn't have to come back in the middle of my project. Great service and great attitude from employees.

An excellent shopping experience made possible by a very knowledgeable and customer savvy staff. From the moment we walked in to the time we left we felt welcome and confident that we’d made the right choice...prices were great and they had just what we were looking for.

I FOUND WHAT I WAS LOOKING EASILY. THE STORE WAS CLEAN, EMPLOYEES ARE KIND, AND ABLE TO ASSIST. THEY GUIDE YOU AND ANSWER ALL QUESTION. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Store always has a wide selection of base boards with many different varieties .... I did my entire house with their selection.

I live in the middle of two Homedepot stores and this one is a little further to reach than the other BUT was it ever worth the drive!!! Ann J in major appliances was AWESOME. If you are like me and is STILL trying get it together after Harvey or just in the market for new appliances I would highly recommend this store and Ms Ann she REALLY knows her stuff. And if you just happen to need customer service speak with Anna she is also AWESOME!!!

This is the closet store to me. I usually never get good customer service but today I received excellent customer service from an employee name Bianca in the Pro Area. Will be returning if she can help me out again. Such a sweet lady!!!!

Everyone in the store went out of their way to home me. I live in an older condo and stuff keeps falling apart. Employees assisted or found someone who could. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They were not afraid to smile and laugh...like talking to a neighbor or a friend. The store was very clean.

Reggie was super helpful and he was very familiar with the store. He lead me directly to what I was looking for. Cynthia my cashier was so friendly and nice! I was a little frustrated before coming to the store but they attitude rubbed off on me. Great store and Great employees!

The store was well stocked, clean and AC made the experience more comfortable. The associates when consulted were helpful and friendly. I've shopped at this store for years and prefer it to a competitor near by.

The sales personnel seem to have a better knowledge of their products than the other hardware store in the neighborhood.

Having had the opportunity to go to two different Home Depots in two different cities, Webster, TX and Rockville, MD, within tow weeks, I would say that the service was remarkably similar, except that Rockville location was very crowded. They were receiving a large segment of plants at Rockville so the parking lot was crowded with both people and delivery trucks, making for an interesting time trying to find a parking space. I think Home Depot needs to find a method to have a one department check out when purchasing items from more than one department. The amount of time in moving from department to department, waiting to be served and then taking the paperwork to customer service is a bit time consuming, taking over a half hour, maybe 45 minutes at each location and another half hour at customer service as one employee was training another employee. The departments were Kitchen and Grills at Webster.

Bill, in the Tool department, gave great customer late Saturday afternoon. He definitely won my further business for servicing my lawn equipment!
