Come here all the time and most times they have what I need. Did not have the grey material for filling joints in cement (same stuff they use on highway joints).

My 17 year old shy son was looking to do his eagle project and was soliciting for materials. Ms. Let Velez was so friendly and helpful to him. She ended up donating $100 worth of materials. Made our day and gave my son a smile!

It is very well organized and it had more supplies than other stores of the product I was looking for. I am gad I made the trip and finished with my project shopping list.

The Store Manager (Let) was very kind and helpful. She made sure that we found everything we needed for my son's project and went out of her way to assist us.

Almost always has what I need. Store Associates are friendly and helpful but sometimes hard to find. Overall is fulfills it's purpose as a "big Box" store.

Recently, I decided to reapply stain to my wooden deck in the heavily travelled areas. The Behr weatherproofing stain that I bought in 2016 is no longer available. The paint department employees (Leonard and Tim) were extremely helpful in formulating a replacement stain with a current Behr waterproofing product. The new stain matches the existing stain on the deck.

Overall I left happy from this location, I had a unpleasant situation but management did a awesome job of doing what is right. Jimmy, Monique and Ann im glad HD has great staff like you all. I was ready to return about $3,000 worth of merchandise and because these employee's did the right thing, I spend about $4,000 within 24 hrs.

I went to the Webster store to pick up an order and was greeted by a sales associate Monique she was very helpful and satisfying Thank you I enjoyed shopping at that store with such wonderful spirits that store was clean and very calm everyday he I passed greeted me I enjoyed that experience in such a short visit. yes I did received my items that I went to purchased promptly Thank You Monique.

El Dorado Home Depot did it again! After pursuing a "really good price" elsewhere, we wound up back at our usual source of appliances and supplies. We wanted a washer and dryer. Could not get it delivered elsewhere despite the "really good price." The ED/HD folks were helpful, price was good and the coordination of delivery and installation faultless. It took several days but was when the employee said it would be delivered and took no further effort on our part. Wife is happy again and when she is happy, the whole extended family is happy!

IS THE BEST WAREHOUSE IN THE AREA...

Lovely, long-lasting plants and someone to help me load bags of mulch and soil upon request. Lumber area staff are friendly, usually knowledgeable and very helpful. In one case, a very professional and certainly creative lumber-area employee went waaaay out of his way to help, within 24 hours, he "made!" what I was looking for that could not be found. How's that for service?!!! Free cuts for lengths of wood and copper pipe have been a bonus, and knowledgeable information about the products they sell is too; I'm not just a lost sheep hoping to find what I think I want. Usually it does not take long to find a store employee, which is wonderful, and the people at the returns desk have been supportive and friendly. I've had a history of good experiences at this store, even though it is not the closest one to my house.

I shop at The Home Depot at least once a month for products for our rental houses. Store employees are always very helpful and I never have to search to find someone to assist me. I really like the various sale items throughout the year and the discounted items. The store is always very clean and well stocked.

This store is the cleanest of the Home Depot stores I have bought at. The employees are very friendly and helpful, but so are the other Home Depots stores. The employees at this store are a bit more proactive in offering help and seem to recognize that "lost look" and offer help quicker. Certainly quicker than your competitors. I also notice a lot of smiles on the faces of the store staff and that shows in their attitude toward me, the customer. When I can't find something, it is these same employees who help me to find what I need.

There is always a friendly Sales Associate willing to help you find the product or products you need.
