I WAS VERY PLEASE WITH THE HELP THAT I RECEIVE FROM (LES) AN THE CASHIER AN STORE MANAGER THEY ALL WERE ON TARGET WITH HELP ME WITH A SHELL

This was the second GE microwave I have purchased from Home depot in 2 years. Identical ovens. Hope this one last longer. I was not happy about this.

Its just always to shop at the Ellenwood store, Everyone is always smiling and happy to help people without a problem or being asked.

I like coming to the Ellenwood store because its right around the corner from my house, i pretty much know where every thing that i need and it is always clean, and the associates are very helpful

This is definitely one of the best stores in the area. Associates are always available, products are easy to find, and everyone is always very helpful.

I don't know who is managing this store, but it is one of the most disorganized Home Depot's I have ever been in. They need to hire associates who do not run from the customers. Several associates were just standing around doing nothing and by nothing I mean not helping any customers at all. The only thing that made the visit pleasant was my cashier "Kiara"

Staff in gardening and lawn were great,on both visits on the same day (totally my fault). Really appreciate accessibility of checkout in the garden department and the friendliness and helpfulness of the sales associates. They also helped to load the car, too bad couldn't take them home with me. lol

Large appliance staff was patient and helpful. Provided info needed to make major decision to purchase Frig, stove. Range and dishwasher via home depot.com Today, returned with a list, found our 5 items, in and out within 30 minutes

PURCHASED REFRIGERATOR TODAY AND HAD A VERY NICE ASSOC. MR. JAMES MOORE. WILL BE GOING BACK.

Purchased two Ryobi products totaling about $90 after taxes. Asked for the 10% military discount but the register would only calculate it at around 5%. Associate could not expalin why. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the store. Shop there often.

Early morning 9 am visit to pick up a few items. I needed assistance with finding a filter and the associate was very helpful. He didn't just point me in the direct or take me there and leave. He waited to see if i hand any questions before leaving. At checkout the associate was very pleasant and and carried a smile the entire time and that kept me smiling too. As I walked to my car, I thought what a wonderful experience. Customer service is everything to me personal, it is the determining factor on where I choose to spend my money. I will drive out of my way for good customer service. Great Job!

Everything in the store is clearly labeled. I can easily find pamphlets to help with gardening, tiling, outside remodeling, and even planting trees. I get ideas from information I find in the store or just talking with an associate with familiarity in gardening, tiling, soil types, etc. I have never had a bad experience with staff or blocked idles. I give the store an A for excellent. The store is always clean, well stocked, and pretty sales for items such as paint, cleaning supplies, etc.

The store was cleaner than I expected as usual the associates were very helpful and plentiful.

I needed three gallons of paint. I told the associate what color I wanted. She had it mixed up in a jiffy.

Home Depot is my manly-mall. All my home indoor/outdoor needs are purchased at Home Depot and I'm always satisfied with the service and products.
