Very good store to shop at!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Better care needs to be taken regarding plants, trees, etc--indoor & outdoor. Like watering!!! It doesn't matter which store I shop at it is always the same the plants are not taken care of.

This Home Depot (Elston/Leavitt) has the best selection of flowers in Chicago! I went to several nurseries in the area, as well as other Home Depots near the city and none came close to the variety of flowers and availability that this one had. I highly recommend this location if you are going to be gardening this summer.

I went in looking for an item to help install some blinds and I had to buy an inferior product because HD was out of stock of what I was looking for

Always someone that knows what they are doing there to help. On more than one occasion, I have had to hunt down kids working in Lowe's that were too busy texting to help me. Home Depot seems to hire people that really know what they are doing and I have always gotten the answers to my questions. They have recommended products I didn't know existed that really worked for me. It's the only place I will shop for building/home improvement things.

Found the department easily and associate was exceedingly accommodating

Employees were pleasant and extreamly helpfull and eager to meet or needs.

Janet in the garden department was very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. A great help.

I was at the Elson store in Chicago for about 40 minutes on 5-6-2012 buying a few things that I needed. I must have been in contact with at least 4 employee. All four employee asked me if i found what i was looking for, wow i was very happy to hear those words. Everyone there was with a smile and eager to help. Keep up the good work.

NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WHEN GOING TO A HOMEDEPOT STORE. EMPLOYEES ALWAYS HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS.

Even though I didn't find everything I was looking for on this trip, the checkout person was so very personable and pleasant, that I left with a smile on my face and felt quite happy with my purchases.

This is our favorite HD location to shop. The staff is wonderful. They are always very helpful.

Overall, a well organized and efficient store that usually has all that I need for home projects.

I really like this store. It's much better than Menard's down the street.

The gentleman was very knowledgeable on the purchase of my grill. clearly explained everything. I wish i remember his name, he was about 5'8" dark blonde hair, great guy. works in the grill department

In addition to every employee making a conscious effort to provide assistance, one particular employee went out of his way to ensure I had all of the resources I needed and even personally helped me modify some hardware to better fit my intended application.

I walked into Home Depot not thinking I would find a clip lamp for my bedpost. To my delight - there it was, and at a cost of $13.00!

Getting great help from Dale in the Garden department was awesome! I will definitely be back!

Adrien was very helpful when I came to the store to buy a bathroom cabinet and faucet. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Size of filters needed were in a different area than the rest of like products. Odd.

I had a great experience while I was shopping for materalies to organize my closet. Sales associate Ashley was very friendly and helpful. She new what she was doing and made things easy for me. If you ever need help with your closet stop by and she Ashley. In fact all the associates were very helpful.

It was and always is a great experience shopping at HomeDepot on Elston. The selection is great and the people there are even nicer. Keep up the good work.

I received excellent customer service from The Home Depot at Elston. I went in to purchase a grill and a patio furniture set, and had my infant son with me, so I didn't have a ton of time to shop. Zak immediately saw that I needed help and wrote down all the SKUs for the products that I was interested in, then wisked me up to the customer services desk to schedule the next available delivery. When pieces of the outdoor furniture set were not available, Zak and his team called several local stores locating the pieces I needed, and also organized pre-assembly of the grill and furniture prior to delivery. Everyone was so friendly and efficient, and I was 100% satisfied with my experience. Thanks so much!
