On my visit the employees were very helpful and they took the time to help me out with what I was working on.

I had a great customer service experience today with Lupe! She was so helpful and cheerful, not only to me but to other customers and co-workers. She also offered to help me next time I go in for further purchases. She was great! I loved her personality and attitude! It helped make my day better!

We are there almost daily. Great store. Great employees.

The best thing about this store are the employees. Warm, friendly knowledgeable. Best of any DFW-area store I've been to overall. The worse thing about this store is inventory. It's a small store so it carries less but it's more than that. For last 2 yrs, store constantly runs out of the small selection of products they do carry. Just bought some patio stones and need two more? They're out. Better make a trip to Irving, Hurst or Arlington stores. Need another box of screws? Forget it; they're out. Need some fence pickets? Sorry, sold out. What, online shows they have two more pallets? No, inventory record is wrong. We'll zero that out. Shopped here occasionally for many yrs before buying a house 2 miles away. Been shopping here as often as daily for 14 yrs. It's gone from a delight to a mess. I used to love trips here because of the employees. Now I dread shopping here since I may have to visit more Home Depot stores or even (gasp), Lowes (THD beats the pants off Lowes so not my favorite choice). Wish this store could get their act together and make this store great again.

This is a great store. Everyone is always helpful and willing to go above and beyond to get you what you need.

Store 537 is our local Home Depot. Every time I go there, I am met with the utmost attention and extraordinary staff who are waiting to assist anyone who walks through their doors. They are very well informed and know their business! Whenever I require any advice, I am always impressed with their genuine concern for the customer in making sure they get the best customer service ever. I will be a life long customer forever!

Staff and store is ok. I don't like that I talked to a manager and even after asking for the name 5 times I could never understand it. I wanted him to address for the cashiers to stop bypassing the option to e-mail receipts. He stated he would bring it up in the meeting. Clearly that never happened or didn't work. Several times since using check out and service desk and they STILL bypass MY option from the register before I can hit the key pad that I am waiting to pounce on. I also can't stand trying to get a tool rental there. It's always backed up and the cashiers are stressed out.

If your a Vet, shop this store. much more supportive of vets than the Southlake Tx store.

Employees here are friendly and if you have general questions or ask for specific things they are able and willing to help in any way they can.

The associate at the large appliances (Bob) was courteous and knowledgeable.

BOb Snoote in appliances is great! Go only to him. A lady over the phone was very rude when I needed reschedule because of a funeral. I hung up on her. She would let me reschedule because it was the day before delivery, had just found out about the time of the schedule.bob called me back and rescheduled me. I called the night before about delivery time as I was told that they call the night before and when they didn't I called the store a young man told me they didn't do that. Bob called back and gave me a delivery time. They use Servpro for delivery. They are supposed to make sure the merchandise is okay. They were just going to leave it and I asked them to open the 2 boxes. They did but they didn't look very well. After they left, the trim kit to the microwave was damaged. Thank goodness Bob Snoote was there to help me all the way through my purchase.

The Euless Home Depot on 157 and 183 has been there for a very long time, and thank goodness. It's convenient, especially for those of us who live south of Airport Freeway. Occasionally, I can have trouble finding an associate to help, but it's far easier here than, say, at the Euless Lowes on 121. Over the years I've bought toilets and windows and ceiling fans and light fixtures there (and bought the installation, although I've also taken a class there on how to install a ceiling fan and another on installing light fixtures myself--I'm getting older, and didn't want to risk the ladder). This is my go-to place for gardening supplies (along with Marshall Grain on 121), and for electrical plates, special light bulbs, and general hardware. Recently I went in on the 4th of July and got help from 3 different associates (and had a nice chat with the cashier). And they are dog friendly!

Five stars all the way! The crew at this Home Depot store goes out of their way, to make things right for you. Go Euless Store!! You Rock!!

I have not been able to do remodel jobs at house due to my multiple myeloma cancer. I am now modernizing the kitchen to surprise my wife once she comes back into the country next month for supporting me the last few years. The employees such as Grace Roberts, Renee Collins, and Rosella Gomez need to be commended in how they assisted me to minimize my health issues from getting in the way. The last 2 days they have performed above my expectations, compassionate when I had to make changes to the order, understanding challenges I have with memory. I will continue shopping at Home Depot due to how they operate above Customer Expectations.

When I visit the paint department in the morning Brenda is very helpful and friendly. She knows her products and is very thorough in making sure she gives good customer service.

Store is always clean, and the staff is always very helpful and polite.

I just wish that the Home Depot have a permenat section for discount and clearance items. I saw a washing machine that was discounted and i couldn't refuse to buy it. It should be somewhere in the front of the store and a sign directing to it.

Lupe, Linda & Dominic helped me and even offered me water and a seat in the patio section while I was waiting for a friend to check out our selections for our neighborhood project.

I am a Home Depot fan. When it comes to selection, price and layout I think it they are superior. It could be easier to do price matching or I might have rated it higher.

Employees were rude and acted like I was bothering them.

When an employee asked if you needed something, they should HELP not walk away in opposite direction

Brenda Bordeaux , is the reason for me coming back! It's one thing finding the correct product its also important to understand how to use the product. This is where Brenda outshines the competition. 1. Finding what I need 2. Showing me how to use the product which was very helpful 3. Brenda was very friendly and patient 4. If you ever need some great advice in the painting department ask for Brenda

Fortunately I know a thing or two about home repair/maintenance. But if I didn't, I can see being frustrated and even disrespected by SOME the employees. I am a frequent enough visitor to know who to deal with when I have a question but if they are busy you are left on your own. Sometimes I try to help folks that look lost. Maybe I will fill out an application.

If you are coming here for anything else besides getting your wood cut then you are fine. But if you are planning on getting any kind of wood cut here DONT. The blade was very old and splintered the wood down the entire cut which ruined it. And when we told the gentleman we were not satisfied he did not say a word and just stood there. Needless to say we didn't have him cut one more piece. Plus his attitude was very unacceptable.

Every staff member makes an effort to offer assistance. Store is well stocked and organized. Huge selection in the appliance department with knowledgeable sales people.
