I love visiting my local home depot for my home projects. Last month I needed some parts to fix my leaking hot tub. This morning it was back to plumbing for a new hot water heater. William in plumbing was very helpful on both occasions. As a former plumber, he gets it and was able to lead me in the right direction and today even give me a tip on inside tinning to get the copper solder joint right 100% of the time.

William helped me size a part for a project. He recommended a solution that fit my budget.

Store was clean and the associates were great. Will return.

The store associates are always available and helpful. I love that I can bring my dog inside too. I appreciate that I can describe what I need and not only do they locate the item,they also have great ideas to enhance my purchase. Thank you

CHECK THE WEBSITE FOR DISHWASHER, WENT IN THE NEXT DAY AND ORDER IT. WILL BE HERE ON NEW YEARS EVE. JUST THE WAY WE WANTED IT. LOVE THE EVERGREEN STORE.

This store is well stocked, clean, and the helpful associates are terrific.

We are completing a complete 1st floor remodel. We have been purchasing all of our supplies from the Evergreen Home Depot #1535. We have been trying to complete this project under a strict budget and have had difficult purchases from appliances to basic lumber and electrical supplies. The store associates have been unbelievable at giving us options and assisting us in getting the best deals and ensuring we meet our budget. I would like to mention three of the associates that have really helped us out. If you are in the store and have any issues ask for Valley for all you needs to get your purchases straightened out. At the Register look for Janiece shes the bomb and gets you out the door without any errors. At the help desk ask for Katee to keep you straight. with your accounts I love this store and even though it is a smaller one I can still get everything that I need.

So convenient, can always find what I need! I can alway get in and out fast.

We were trying to design our kitchen for 3 weeks and we just happened to walk into HD in Evergreen. We just asked Bob Gingrich a question about their cabinets and he sat us down and totally changed our thinking about how we were designing and we were able to add more cabinets to our design and add space as well, he's awesome!!

I can always find what I am looking for at the Evergreen Home Depot. The employees are friendly, very helpful, and know their products and product lines. They always understand and help me find what I need. The only item on my wish list is for Management to hire a few more folks on the floor. Sometimes I have to go looking for someone to help me with product selection, and this can be annoying. The store is clean and well organized. Product selection is good. I also like that sometimes there are "fun" items in home and garden, decorating, design, etc. The selection of outdoor furniture this summer was great. I am a homeowner, and not so handy, so I appreciate all the great help, and explanations for what will and won't work regarding my purchases, that are offered at Evergreen Home Depot.

Bright, clean, selection, and prices... that's why I like this store.

Over the past few years it seems that every time we go into the Evergreen store the customer service is very poor. Today I asked for help in the paint department and was told by Patti, an associate in that department, that "I can't help you. I'm 20 minutes behind in helping other customers and I'm supposed to leave in 10 minutes." Upon checking out the cashier identified on my receipt as M-MDW3258 did not have a "Thank you" in her vocabulary. I compare this to the excellent customer service I receive at the store at Quincy and 470. Every time I go to the Evergreen store I kick myself for not driving down the hill to the other store. I won't make that mistake again.

I received friendly competent service. I will return with my business.

I was greeted at the door by an associate who asked how he could help, then guided me to the area where I might find what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the item I was looking for is not available in the size I needed. Not at this Home Depot, not at other Home Depot stores, not in any hardware or heating store we tried. Not the fault of this store; item just isn't available, period.

Nice store. They say it is the smallest Home Depot, in North America, but it is pretty well stocked. They have really stepped up the variety of light bulbs available. I do really like this store, but on occasion~ it can be next to impossible to find an employee! The knowledge, of lighting department employees, has usually been a disappointment, but the plumbing department has been helpful. Very friendly staff, when you can find one!

From the moment we walked in the door, everyone was helping us get to the right place, make a wise choice on a high dollar purchase (refrigerator) and have a good song experience. We were impressed with the teamwork & team spirit.

I always feel comfortable shopping at The Home Depot in Evergreen. It's so convenient to have this type of store in the area. It's big, but well laid out; just read the signs and you will find what you came for. They have a variety of quality merchandise. I've always encountered knowledgeable, pleasant & helpful personnel. It's a good feeling when I'm approached and asked if I'm "finding everything alright". Nice touch.

I wasn't able to load the merchandise that I purchased and the Assistant Store Manager took time out of his busy schedule to see that someone loaded the merchandise for me.

Never fails when I go in, something is going to happen weather the item that was available online was never in stock or the cashier doesn't want to give you the time of day when you think she scanned something twice. Took me to prove it to her once she printed out my receipt, but at that point there was nothing she could do. I had to go stand in line at customer service to get my money back. Available associates are Clueless and very annoying. Went to Lowes and everything was MUCH Better! from the store associates; being in the department their good at and the cleanliness of the store, it sparkled and people were nice!
