Guaranteed worst service ever. They refuse to follow the law and cash out gift cards under $10, not merchandise cards yes gift cards. And they require ID for returns with the receipt with a purchase with a gift card even though it's not a merchendise card, yes bought with cash gift card .horrible place to shop

I liked your gardening area. I was looking for a rose plant to memoralize my mom. I found the most beautiful pink Mianda Lambert rose. The rose is now in my front yard in it's big planter. It was perfect for me. Your cashier Marikyn was kind and pleasant. I also purchased a yellow beautiful hybiscus flower.

Clean, some knowledgeable employees, waiting for a store employee to help sometimes takes a long time. But all employees are helpful and polite.

I would love for you to start carrying the Shell no-pest strip for the inside of the home. They are an excellent repellent for mosquitoes during the hot summer months. It is hard to find one for indoors, inside your home. Not just garages, crawl spaces and storage. Please look into this matteer

We are in the fence building business and are dealing with many HD stores in Northern California. Frank at the ProDesk (Fairfield #0637) provides outstanding customer service. He is polite, thorough, responds in a timely manner and follows through. Only recently Frank made sure we received a larger delivery on time. Without Frank's help and a timely delivery, we would not have been able to make our customer happy. We would have started on a negative note, which is far from ideal. We appreciate Frank's help and are looking forward to doing business with Fairfield going forward. I also want to mention that both Service Desk and ProDesk employees responded to all calls very quickly and the hold time was minimal. I also felt that my messages were passed on and nobody dropped the ball

Great location and super service

Frankie Espinosa helped me to find some redwood vinyl lattice when no one else seemed to be able to. He found it on the computer inventory but the store was very busy. He told me he would check the next morning and call me. Frankie called the next day and said to give him a little time to get the material brought up. I went in about 2 hours later. Frankie was at lunch, there was no material on the shelves. I talked to another employee at the pro desk who looked and found it in inventory. She called the person who had responsibility for the area to verify if it was there. That employee said there was none. Frankie just got back from lunch and I told him there was none. He told me he saw it himself. Frankie went to the warehouse located the 4 X 8 of lattice and brought it to me. I very much appreciate his diligence to his job and customer helping me to get what I needed. Stellar employee you have there.

Ease of finding items

THE PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL BUT THERE ARE RARELY PEOPLE AVAILABLE TO HELP ANSWER QUESTIONS OR FIND PRODUCTS.

Home Depot staff (including contractors) were very accommodating and courteous. They took time to listen to my inquiries and gave me sound advice on my project. Everyone knew exactly where things were and comparisons. Meeting veterans who work at the Home Depot and getting thanked for being active duty military made a remarkable difference. I always get a pleasant experience at Home Depot stores which I call "my happy place." Thanks for going above and beyond!
