Kitchen cabinet staff rocked, as did custom doors department. Both had more mature, experienced staff. Unfortunately, the younger weekend staff at customer service desk seemed rather inept.

Your employees in the Fairlawn store are considerably adept in their departments.

I find that Home Depot is superior in all ways to other stores. The help is awesome and I've never had trouble finding what I need

the store was well lighted and easy to find the products we wanted. Store personal were friendly and very helpful. Several offered assistance. We asked for assistance in the appliance department. Lori, was eager to help and was of great help to us. We never felt pressured or like we were wasting her time with questions. So, we did purchase a major appliance. A fellow that we saw several times when we were in the store asked us each time he saw us if we had questions or wanted help. When we did not, he smiled and went on his way....no pressure. The checkout fellow was also very courteous and smiled. The store was clean and aisles were not cluttered.

I really wish the Fairlawn store had a tool rental section. I believe the Fairlawn, West Akron and surrounding areas would frequent the rental section if they had one.

This is our go-to store! If they don't have it in stock, I order it ahead of time. Staff is helpful, cheerful and generally try their best to help you out.

Home Depot is my first stop, before going to other hardware stores, for all my needs. Customer Service is important and Fred, a sales rep with Home Depot makes the difference. He was knowledgeble and friendly and was willing to make sure all my hardware needs were met. In today's environment, stores need to understand the value of good customer service. It keeps me coming back.

We had specific items in mind when we stopped. They were in Stock, easy to find. We purchased flowers. Very good selection and plants were well tended. Our cashier quickly rang up our items.

If you are a contractor and work on projects that take months to complete . Don't buy your supplies from Home Depot . The new Home Depot return policy will have them treat you like a common criminal if you don't have your receipt's . No returns made in 2 years . They decided to enforce the policy over a $150.00 return at the end of a 3 month project . Denied the return , stated this is the policy . I had an employee make the return . Then at the end of the transaction they stated you must present a matching I.D. to use the credit . Now contractors can NOT send employees to make purchases with credit unless you give them your license . Home Depot has been a great resource for materials . Now it is time to give Lowes my business .

If you are looking for knowledgeable and friendly customer service, go shop someplace else.

I find that the employee's at this store are very friendly and helpful. I can't go too far without a clerk asking if I need assistance. Service is key!!

Cashier Teresa smiled as she ask if I would like to have my two house plants bagged. I appreciated the offer because the plants could have titled while driving and the dirt could have spilled out. I declined the offer and shared with her to keep up the good work.

I have notified the Fairlawn store several time about the tire cutting potholes in the parking lot and in the approach street, Been there about a month. Please fill the potholes.

The 1-star rating is not the fault of the employees. There are ALARMS that SOUND when shopping for tools here. Yes, just looking at the tools will sound an ALARM. Not only that, a screen on the shelf not only shows you shopping. Not only *that* but the screen also shows a camera view of a store employee watching all the monitors. Maybe they think it's fair if you can watch them too? It's too much for me, and I will never step foot in a Home Depot again.

You always seem to have the products I need in stock. Your folks are very friendly and helpful. You are priced competitively. The cashier, Melissa, is always pleasant and treats me like a valued customer.

you have a few good employees the lady in paint plumbing and guy in electrical window and doors suck girl during day at checkout joy is friendly and helpful most just screw around im in this store 3 or 4 times a day store is messy most of the time people in charge of this store need to be retrained or moved out of the 4 store around here this is the worse and is close to me so i go here alot will show you receipt
