Super pleasant staff and well run store.

As I mentioned previously... When I walked into the store the greeter (Rosalind) was not overly friendly to me. It appeared that she either wasn't thrilled about seeing me or that she wasn't thrilled about being in that specific location of the store. On the other hand, Bill in plumbing not only went out of his way to greet me in the aisle, he also lent me a tape measure so I could make certain that the item I was buying was the exact one I needed.

This is a smaller store than some of the others, and doesn't carry as many items, but it is in a very convenient location.

The customer service lady name Malechia was assertive, friendly, & helpful. My overrall experience for my Husband & I was terriffic. Everyone that works in this particular store was extremely helpful. The employees had knowlege on their stationed area. I will definitely return to this Home Depot.

The store was clean and staff were friendly. However, they seem under-staffed. It took me over an hour to do a simple order for carpet because I had to wait and there were no other staff who could do the order. Also, their lighting section is very disappointing.

The store looked great! It was clean, fully stocked, and the employees were willing to help me.

The lead associate in the carpeting department provided a positive experience for my husband and me while we were ordering new carpeting for our entire house two years ago. His recommendations were very informative. In addition, he was patient and kind. We are pleased with the quality and the appearance of our carpeting. It still looks great even after two years of wear. Thank you to The Home Depot, #2773 Farmington Hills!

The Employees Were Very Helpful and Kind , Help was always there! While Checking out at Cashier , I found That HP was (Hasmukh) was Super Nice , made me feel like Today was gona Be A great day after all , even though I spent $600 ! YIKES

Pretty much has everything you need and even a few things you don't expect. There are a few really friendly and helpful greeters right at the door. However, sometimes it can be really difficult to get the attention of a salesperson. Decent prices.

I have been to many Home Depot stores, and this one, hands down, has the absolute WORST representatives and representation.

It's so hard to get help from anyone. When I did ask for help he wasn't very happy that I was taking him away from the other employee he was standing around and talking with.

Cheryl in the paint department was great! She asked me what I was doing, assisted me with choosing the correct paint for the job, and then matched it perfectly!

Employees provided excellent advice and help in the lumber department. Provided access to the right type of lumber including access to additional inventory so I could select the best available stock for my project. Fast and friendly checkout. Help with loading my 84 board purchase into my utility trailer.

I came to the Farmington hills store and I had the best visit ever because of Michelle the head cashier once again from Dr. Vrtalya Kronic

I receive great customer service every time I go to this store. When I get treated good I become a loyal customer.

i had good visit that day at home depot your employee by the name (h.p) he was very nice and helpful.. he took the time to submit my application, he was very patient in getting my information from me.. and i was very happy when H.P told me that my application was approved..

I was able to get a large item (Bi-fold Doors) out of the store with ease, thanks to Torrey (Cashier at Service Desk). I did not have to ask for help as she was eager to assist. I appreciate her concern for me. I will continue to shop at the Farmington Hills Home Depot and tell people to shop there as well.

I frequent this store often and always find the employees courteous and helpful. I am blessed because it is close to my home.

We purchased all kitchen appliances from Home Depot in Farmington Hills, manager Kesha was great, she fulfilled all our needs and exceeded our expectation, she is very pleasant, friendly and non pushy, I recommend her to all my friends and family.

I called to rent a truck, from my first encounter it was a pleasurable experience. The staff member Keyata was extremely helpful and very polite.
