I went into the electrical department it was easy to locate. The associate immediately stop doing his routinue and asked if he could help me he went to great lengths to try to help me find what I was looking for. The overall experience was fantastic.Butt er

I bought paint and new switchplates. Wide variety of switchplates to choose. Only buy Behr paint. Cashier at self-checkout was very helpful. Did not have to wait long in the paint department.

I was extremely happy with the associate, Tyhesha, who helped me place my order. I needed to replace an in-wall combination microwave/oven in a house located in another state. Tyhesha placed the order with delivery to the other state. She gave me dates it could be delivered, I called the person who would receive the delivery, got her preferred delivery date and it was set up to take place. I had tried online, chatted with an expert, and still needed help. So I went to my local Home Depot and got exactly what I wanted, thanks to Tyhesha.

Of three hardware chains near me, only one is still in business, and it is stocked with inferior looking house-brand products. Home Depot still has genuine manufacturer's parts for my repair jobs.

Have been coming to home depot for nearly 20 years. It's my first choice before going anywhere else. Home depot has seen me through 2 house remodels over the years. Quality products at a reasonable price.

Everything went well with returning item purchased online. I thought that I would have a problem but your associate CHRISTINA was both knowlegable and courtious in helping us. I will definetly always use Home Depot because of your associates. Thank You

On occasion it it busy and I cant find an associate for help or if I do, they are in such demand that they give minimal assistance but this is pretty rare. Overall, the associates make themselves available and can be very helpful. This location is always clean and well stocked - My favorite local home improvement store. We used to go to another name brand home improvement store in a neighboring city but it is nearly always cluttered, not stocked well and the staff very unhelpful if not down right rude. So, drive a few miles west and come to HD Farmington

This store usually has the item or items that I want to purchase. It is clean, convenient, and most of the staff members are helpful and knowledgeable.

There were no carts available and the lines were extremely long.

Everyone was helpful! The employees and I were having such great dialog, other customers joined our conversation. It was great! My Self Check Out Cashier, Desiree was great!!! She was friendly and eager to help me! Look for her when you go!

First, the paint man knew his job well and explained the bar code for the paint sample I had purchased a few day earlier. He also directed to to the correct aisle for rollers and pans.. Second, the sales clerk was friendly and gently asking about my purchases and third, I gently responded that I do not need or want another credit card at this time.

My daughter is an artist and purchased 10 cans of OOPs paint in Madison Heights, MI so I went looking in Farmington HIlls, and found a can! Great Paint at a great price!

The store associates in the garden center are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If they do not know something, they find someone who does. I found three handing baskets of flowers that were the perfect size and they were only $14.98. Last year I page almost twice as much at a local nursery. Great price, beautiful plants and helpful and friendly store associates. I went home happy.

I was very impressed with this location! There was a number of store associates throughout the store ready, willing and eager to assist with finding items! Such a wonderful improvement over what Home Depot used to be when I would search the store to try to find someone, anyone, to help! There were many more female store associates than historically present in this store, as well, and I think that has helped to improve the attitude and overall atmosphere of the store. I actually enjoyed my shopping experience!

The sales associate that assisted me went above and beyond to help me choose my product, special order the product, handle the return and exchange because of a color discrepancy, and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. She even carried it out to my car when I picked it up!

This store was clean, but I was not happy with this store lack of associate.
