I hate shopping at this store. Every time I go in, it seems I always have problems. On one visit my mom and I had to load 20 4 x 4's by ourselves. Ten male employees walked by and not one asked if we needed assistance. When we checked out, no one offered assistance. I then loaded them into the truck by myself. I can never find what I need and if someone does stop to help, it seems they do not know what they are talking about. If you call for help, you wait so long, you end up loading the items yourself. I also hate the fact that they never have cashiers on the registers. I do not like having to check myself out. I am not getting paid to work there, so I should not be doing the work. I tried to use the military discount today, but was told I couldn't do it because the items were on sale and it was considered double dipping.

I will return to this store again and again, thank you.

everything in this store I can buy at a different big name store or online from another vendor. I feel its really important to feel engaged when shopping at a retail location. employees who don't smile, give a nod, say hi etc... make me not want to shop there. as a customer I can see whether or not they're actively busy or not. this store is overall a 4 out of 5 in that department. product placement and availability is as good as any.

Got so much help locating, loading and unloading to my vehicle. The staff in the garden center were cheerful and helpful.

Was greeted by the dept. clerk as soon as I entered, very pleasant and helpful. She completed my transaction in a quick professional manner, when we finished there she walked me to the register where I was greeted again. The first associate remained until the transaction was complete and bid me a nice day. Smiling in and out.

The whole experience definitely makes me want to go back. I was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the employees, especially in the paint department.

I love that the people that work at home depot are so helpful. I can't always lift the stuff that I buy myself, and there is always someone that will help. I don't even have to go looking for someone to help me. There are so many employees around to help customers with anything.

The store was clean and neat and overall the associates are courteous and try to be helpful

I want to thank the assistant manager for his advice on my projects and also shout out to the floor and wall dept. You folks do a great job. I just bought a house and I was a little overwhelmed and you folks put me back on track. Thanks again John L.

Won't shop in this store again. Expected to spend $1000 on a bathroom remodel project, and could only spend $650 because employees couldn't find product that was supposed to be in stock. Store was dirty, had very few employees working at the time we were there (mid-afternoon weekday), and seemed very disorganized. Spent the balance down the street at Lowe's, where we were greeted by at least one employee in each department we visited, and picked up all the follow up items we needed. Lowe's will be my first stop in the future.

the associate was very helpful on explaining the warranty on the Ridgid GEN5X tools that helped me decide on my purchase

Tracy helped me tremendously! This lady knows her store. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Cut my shopping time in half by helping me. Also Jonathan is a great salesperson. No high pressure, just good old fashioned customer service from these two people made me so happy today!

Store is well organized however, the aisle number should be a larger letters where it stands out or by the main entrance put a sign Aisle 1 - 10 front section 11-20 back section.

Customer service was able to find the product I was looking for on their computer.

I had three male employee's watch stand there and watch me struggle with heavy flooring they would not help me until the manager told them to.

I received excellent service at the paint desk. Sorry I did not get the associates name but he answered all my questions about paint and showed me several examples of the type of paint I was asking about. In regard to your survey questions about checkout, Velda, the cashier, was very pleasant and helpful. I was going to use the self-checkout method but all the stations were full, so she went and opened up another checkout and helped me herself.

STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND STOCKED AND I GET A JUMP ON THE STORE IN DURANGO ON GARDEN ITEMS AS WE ARE STILL IN WINTER MODE. ALWAYS LIKE SHOPPING AT ALL HOME DEPOT STORES AS THE ASSOCIATES ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL. I ALWAYS GET MY PROJECTS FIGURED OUT BY THE PROFFESSIONALS THERE AND THEIR ADVICE ON HOW TO DO IT. David, your home-depot associate was very knowledgeable and really helped my husband and I find all the supplies we needed for our water line project. He saved us a lot of time. His helpfullness was very much appreciated by both of us. We had been to several other stores and hadn't gotten much help and they didn't have the products we needed in stock.

Online web site needs updated. In store associates very helpful. If not for them, I would have shopped else where. They were able to track down the items I wanted

All products were in locations that were easy to find, prices were listed very clearly and the associates were there to quickly help. We had a store helper load our trailer, it was indeed a wonderful experience.

The service provided to me during my visit to the Home Depot was most excellent. Associate Melony's attitude was a great experience during my visit to the store. The big smile she greeted me with, and the attitude that she was happy to assist me will have me returning.

On this particular evening, my daughter and I wanted to get some pellets for our home. Upon entering the store, a sales clerk acknowledged us with a cheerful greeting and asked if we needed any help. I told her no and thanked her. We were there for just that one item, but something else caught our attention and we ended up browsing in a couple aisles. It was fun and we finally left about an hour later with a couple more items than what we came for. The evening store hours are great for those of us who grind the stone until 5:00PM

Store associates were unwilling to help or recommend products to help. They were there to do their specific task and not to assist us. Cashier was not knowledgeable, rude, and offensive.

Great store experience. We had the best associate helping us. He really went above and beyond in helping us, and to be sure we found what we needed, with a great attitude no matter how long it took. Thank you Associate Matt Mitchell! We sure appreciated all your help!

Love the convenience of ordering online and picking it up at the store!

I went into the store to purchase more floodlight bulbs. The Assistant Manager actually asked if I needed any help. He went out of his way to look for bulbs that may last longer. I appreciate when a store employee thinks you as a customer are worth their time.
