I found idea mismark by one of there staff had more than one of them peg and ring up wrong i told there staff about it and they run back pull it off and wouldn't give it to me for that. I wouldn't shop in there anymore

We found product quickly, asked for assistance and received it. I failed to get names but the man at check out and the man who helped us load plywood on the cart and in our pickup was very accomodating.

The store was clean, and I found tiles organized nicely. I also was assisted in checking light bulb for my fixture. I would go back Thanks Kyle!!

Please open up the two checkout registers on the contractors side of the store. By closing them, you are purposely forcing customers into a smaller defined area by the main entrance.

In the midst of the pandemic accommodations, the employees worked hard to get my order completed in a timely manner.

New to the area and, due to the quarantine, had to stay in our new home longer than planned. Mike was very helpful in selecting a washer and dryer in our budget with a quick delivery time.

This store is exceptionally clean and well stocked. But the most memorable part is the staff: all of them are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Worst experience ever in a retail store! Employees are apparently trained to view customers as thieves! Paid at the only option open at front of store (self checkout). Very windy day, my wife was with me and parked at opposite end of store so walked through to contractors side to exit. Had my receipt exposed over my bag. Purchased 8 small items 1&2 $'s each. As we were exiting I was yelled at to return by this female employee who riffled through my bag checking each 1-2 dollar item as if I were a thief. I'm 64, wife is 60, coming home from Sunday Service. I found this action very offensive. I've spent 3-4K a year in HD stores for the past 30+ years and will not be back in another. Cancelling my HD card immediately. Good luck with this approach, you are going to need it.

We have always been satisfied with shopping at this store. The prices are reasonable, the associates have always been very helpful and friendly whenever we needed assistance and the store has always been bright and clean and easy to make our way through the different aisles. We have had no trouble finding the products we have been looking for. I wish they were closer to where we live.

I was very impressed with the staff knowledge and helpfulness. Ian was one of the employees who helped me load concrete blocks and I am very thankful for that, (concrete blocks are really heavy). I didn't get the name of the other employee who helped, but I am grateful for all the assistance shown me during my purchase times recently. There were several other employees who helped me find items or answer general knowledge questions I asked. Thanks again!

Excellent support by staff. They can help you locate what you need and tell you if they don't have it in a very friendly atmosphere without the stiffness of some over micro managed stores. You can tell the employees seem to enjoy working there and helping the public. That is often rare these days. Good prices, if there are return issues, no problem. A very nice store and easy access parking. Thanks Home Depot, keep it up. Z

David Hill, is a great helper

Today I learned that this is not the store for a senior woman to buy heavy stuff. There was nobody around to help me get the 40 to 50 pound bags into my cart. And at checkout I said how hard it was for me to get them into my cart since they were super heavy. I was told, "Have a nice rest of the day" and sent on my way with no offer of help getting the monsters into my car. I was barely able to do it except my anger at the lack of help gave me more strength than I usually have. I will remember this the next time I need something from a home improvement store and will go somewhere else.

I'm disabled and am buying a 35 y/o house. There are many upgrades I'm I look forward to finishing. I visited many departments. In all cases, after stating I was merely collecting data, (I don't even have a closing date) I was afforded a bounty of possibilities. In short, I felt the employees had my best interest at heart.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I - -We always enjoy shopping at the Home Depot in Fayetteville, Arkansas. . . . .Everyone there is so helpful to find what you need and assist you if you have questions. The other day I had a problem with a new product that was purchsed from Home Depot, and Andrea (working in returns) helped me so much to find a resolution after spending more than 45 minutes on and off the phone to get authorization for a return.The return was made and another new product was order, The employees and products are of the finest quality. I enjoy shopping here and will continue because of the customer service. GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE !

Cody, Daniel, Ethan, and Derec went over beyond and set the bar at an unreachable level for any other retailer for customer service. I ran out of gas shortly after leaving the Home Depot store in Fayetteville and was forced to walk back to Home Depot and return the items that I had just purchased in order to have money to put gas in my tank. but I didn't have a gas can or enough money to buy both the can and the gas. So all four of them without hesitation huddled up together and decided to give me a gas can. I don't mind telling you that it almost brought tears to my eyes. And I'm a combat veteran that doesn't cry for anything. Management must be doing one outstanding job with their employees at the Fayetteville store because those four young men blew my mind, gained my respect as well as my business, and earned my referral to everyone that I see to do their shopping at the Fayetteville Home Depot. Hands down, bar none best customer service I've ever experienced. Well done fellas! Y'all are rock stars at the Fayetteville store.

I was sent to this store from another for a cordless impact, about a 90 mile trip. The drill was not in stock. I was greeted by Richard in power tools,he apologized for the mistake and was able to get me an upgrade to a Milwaukee 3/8 cordless impact at a very large discount. Home depot went way above my expectations. Thank you Richard and the home depot staff.

This store is in the middle of a busy market district, so it's not particularly easy to get into and out of traffic wise. That said, it's one of the nicest big-box stores I've been to. Only ding I can think of is that the track light heads I was purchasing occupied a narrow slot on the shelves. I bought 4, but would have bought twice that many if I could have reached the rest of them waaaaay back on the shelf, No other "back stock" was visible, and I didn't have the time to ask for help. The checkout folks were great, zipped me through the process quickly.
