The paint department was very busy on 7/5 but the lady working at 4:32pm gave great customer service. I didn't catch her name but she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product.

The cashiers are always courteous and helpful, but finding an associate to help you in the store is like pulling teeth

The store was very well organized. Because of the heat, all fans and airconditioners was up front and in stock. There was an associate nearby to answer all your questions and to help load your purchase and Even aid you in getting it to your vehicle. Great experience.

While walking through D28(o)-- looking for planters . A mature female African American associate stopped and asked if I needed assistance. I told her we were looking for Homer Buckets.and didn't need assistance. She said they were located next to the service desk...then insisted to get one for me! When she returned she started a casual conversation which lead to helpful gardening ideas.. As a former associate OPS ASM.. I was truly impressed by her professional attitude and genuine willingness to help. This was one of my most pleasant shopping experiences at THD. Thank you very much

What a headache. Needed to install a right hand tub. The associate finally helped us get it down so we could buy it. Box indicated a Right hand tub... just what we needed for todays work, got it to the work site and it is a LEFT had tub..... Back to the store to buy a Right hand tub. Got one down and looked to verify right hand, got it to the work site un boxed it only to find a very large chip on the tub. Back to the store. Got the last one down, opened the box completely up to verify a Right hand tub that has no damage. Wasted a large portion of the day paying my contractor to check out tubs!!!! Not a happy camper today.

Needed a specific Impact Drill - was in stock and cheaper than online.l

I had not been to this store in 6 years because of another bad experience. I decided to give them another chance. Mistake, I tried to find the item, walked past 4 associates with NONE of them even making eye contact with me much less ask me if I needed help. I left store and called manager to let him know of the issue. Matt tried to make it right and I'd recommend working with him, but it is a shame to have to go this far to do business with a company. Kevin was an associate that was helpful on the second visit. Don't see a return visit for another six years.... Homedepot has a lot of work to do at this store to say the least.

Employees are very good about offering assistance. In the garden section, look for Frankie, who has a lot of knowledge about plants and lawn care.

To be honest this store is so clean so helpfull with the assitant oh my god i never been to place such as this home depot.

Price of Rocks went up on price from a month ago ..was not expecting it

The Pro Desk Supervisor Brittney is AMAZING! She was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Brittney helped me out so much, she walked me to the product and was very knowledgable.

Wasted a lot of time trying to find the grass fertilizer and could find no one anywhere near the garden center to ask - it was lunch time.

I am always able to find what I am looking for in this store. The employees are helpful and cooperative. The sections are neatly put together and easy to understand where things are located. Store is always clean, checkouts are usually in/out, service desk is efficient. Overall, Home Depot is my store to shop for things I need for my home.

I'm always satisfied!! I always find what I am looking for and more. Helpful employees every time!!
