I was very happy with the help I received at the paint desk. Ro mixed our paint and pulled everything we needed and it was fast. I used to avoid buying paint because of how long it took, but Ro reached out and made sure we were taken care of in a hurry. He was very appreciative of us as customers spending our money at your store.

Associate was very helpful, curtious and knowledgeable

It was sad that another lady customer had to help me load 6 bags of mulch on the outside of the store because I had waited so long for assistance!

The associate in teh paint department knew I was waiting at the counter but watched teh paint shaker for about 2 minutes before coming over to me. He never established eye contact and never spoke when I asked for a certain color of paint. He just took my can and turned away. Good store and product but this associate soared my trip there.

We purchased a dishwasher. Paid for the old one to be removed, it's still in my driveway. We paid for it to be installed, it is hanging from two small brackets, with one screw each and nothing supporting it. The installer yelled at me over the phone AND IN MY HOME & still I have a $600 drying rack, that I can't really even use for that purpose!!!! First we were told it needed to have shims placed under it, the dishwasher was not level. Then the installer took the shims out & SHOVED the dishwasher back in, leaving insulation sticking out, and it's still not level and in there cockeyed. This is the LAST time I will EVER shop at Home Depot, if it means my house falling down because you are the only company that has what we need to stop it, I will watch it fall to the ground.

I spend a lot of time & money at Home Depot (#3626). The staff is outstanding, & they cater to your needs. I have had horrible customer service issues with Lowes, so I am relieved that there is a Home Depot in my city.

The Lawn and Gardening section is gearing up for the Spring/Summer with nice looking greenery and knowledgeable Associates

After my frig died the night prior, I had expected a stressful experience in frig shopping. I was wrong. Home Depot and its specific sales associate in Kitchen Appliances went over the top in making the experience actually enjoyable. Based upon superior customer service and this purchase experience, Home Depot has gained a customer. Thank you!

The Pro deck associates, Nikki, Emily, and Ron get it done and right. They know their stuff in that store.

The only problem I had during this visit was that 2 isles that I needed to get stuff from had been closed but nothing was being done by store personnel inside the isles. I wondered around the store for about 40 minutes until I could access what I needed.

The Garden Center was neat and clean, and there flowers and plants are always so pretty.

I was in the store for only 20 minutes and had at least 3 associates ask if I needed any help! Excellent customer service!

i want to think associates Niki at check out, Dane in flooring and Ashley in lumber. They took the time to help and explain each and every step in the remodel of our main bath. Every thing we needed was in stock. we did not think we could afford to do the things we wanted to do but with their help we were able to complete what we had in mind plus a little extra touches. it looks great !!! we have started with the second bath.

Crystal in the Fayetteville store was so helpful today. I look forward to shopping at this Home Depot for all the home projects

My experience with the Home Depot in Fayetteville was very very good. There was a gentleman that was in the garden center that helped me with lifting and putting 2 bags, 1 being river Rock and the 2nd being a large bag of potting mix. I had surgery on my left hand and am unable to lift anything yet with that hand. He told me that if I needed help getting the stuff I purchased to my car I could ask for help at the registers. He was very, very helpful. He did a great job in helping me. I just wish I had gotten his name. When I went to check out, Sebastian was very helpful.i asked him if I could get someone to help me get my purchases into my car. He said sure just pull up to the door and he would have someone there to help me. When I got my car to the door there Sebastian was with his customer and told me it would be a minute. The next thing I knew he had gotten my cart and helped load my purchases into my car. I thanked him, but I believe that he did great job.

Good store, but only one in our area. Need more competitors for Lowe's

My Home Depot visit was awesome, I used the store app while I was in the store which brought me directly to what I was looking for and if it had not have been for the app, the stock crew and the store associates none these would have worked correctly so I thank everyone involved in this process at Home Depot, the cashiers were also helpful in completing my purchase, great experience every time I go into the store.

Products were easy to find, then no wait at self-check out & "boom" I was on my way back to work with needed items! Not always the case with competition.

I had the most pleasant experience in the store when I went needing help deciging what type of flooring would be best to use for my situation. I was assisted by flooring associate Yvonne and she made several suggestions for our situation and helped us to picked the best flooring fo us and made the experience very pleasant and we really think Yvonne should be recognized for her professionalism and knowledge and her great customer service

We found exactly what we wanted quickly because we visited the website first. It told us where it was, how much it was, and how many were in stock! The associates were busy helping other customers, but we didn't need too much help. It would have been nice if someone would have asked us, but not necessary. The cashier was very friendly and offered a military discount (most places wait for us to say something).

They didn't have them item I wanted. Could not get help from associate and in the area I need to find what I was looking for was a mess. However the cashier that took my return was very friendly.

The return process was quick and easy and located near the entrance. The only thing I could reccomend is that the store associate make more eye contact with the customer, and explain what item is being returned (could be indicated by highlighting or circling item on receipt for example) and tell the customer the total amount that will be returned to the customer and by which method it will be returned (credit card, store credit, cash).
