The associates were all so nice and friendly to my family. From the front door to plumbing and the mulch and plants.

It is always a pleasant experience to shop at our Home Depot. You can't find a friendlier crew who always go above and beyond to help you. Highly recommend this store to anyone.

If our company encountered the same problems that I encounter all the time I would certainly seek out a solution. Perhaps your top management should become undercover shoppers who need help with their purchasing needs. It would certainly tell me that you care if I shop at your stores and if I send my employees to your stores willingly............

The employee in the paint department knows what she is doing and is very familiar with supplies and coloring of the paint. For a novice like me, she was immensely helpful.

Pro desk associates are always helpful at Fenton, Mi location.

This Home Depot had everything I needed. When I used to go to Home Depot I would usually have to go to Lowes also to get something that Home Depot didn't have, or vice versa. But they had everything I needed at this store and the employees were very helpful.

Two store associates having a nice personal conversation laughing and giggling in the aisle I was looking for something. They completely ignored me. They knew I was looking for something. Your customer service has sunk to a new low.

My in store experience was awesome! Customer service at the pro desk is always exceedingly fabulous.Everyone is very knowledgeable and intuitive, they make sure you do not leave the store without all the proper products for your job/ project.

My store experience was the best every. Products were in stock, associates were awesome.

We were not able to have our dishwasher installed by the delivery service (due to a special plumbing situation). I stopped by our Home Depot and they immediately placed the call to the manufacturer to make the report. At the time, the manufacturer was not able to process a credit to Home Depot (for subsequent credit to me) due to a system glitch with the manufacturer's system. The friendly and courteous customer service rep. made sure she had all my information and indicated she would personally continue to check in with the manufacturer and would call me as soon as the credit was confirmed. She called me a couple of times just to let me know she was 'still working on it ' and would let me know asap when it was resolved (which she did).

I am building a house and have been to this store several times over past several months. I have had nothing but great experiences and everyone has been super helpful! I have had exceptional experiences in help picking out light bulbs for an entire house and with Jessica in the appliance department!

We came into the store looking for lattice, and walked out with a cart full of items to help my backyard get into shape. Friendly staff asked if I needed assistance at every isle.

I stopped in to get an idea of paint colors, really wasn't thinking of purchasing today. the paint department was so helpful, and knowledgable, I ended up buying 2 gallons, and will be measuring a second room and will be back, for sure!

Make sure they give you the right tool for the purchases you've made! We bought PEX plumbing products and went to rent the tools, asking the cashier what was needed for what we were buying. He gave us the wrong tool! Never checked to make sure or even said much of anything! When I went back, he tried to tell me it's because I bought the wrong thing and offered nothing to help! Fortunately, the return cashier was VERY helpful and exchanged the parts. Was very frustrating.

Ordered tile on line. I didnt like the color. Took it to the store to return it. They gave back my money no hassle at all. Love this store.

I came to Home Depot looking for a particular item for my hanging light. I could not find what I needed. Then I found Len, in the electrical department. Not only did Len know exactly what I needed, he personally took me to another department to find it. He did not let me fog my way through the store, trying to locate the item myself, or pass me off to someone else. He also thoroughly explained to me the best way to use it for my situation. He was extremely knowledgeable, very professional, friendly and patient when listening to me. I am very glad I found Len to help me. I have been in the store many many times, but this time I can say I walked out to my car with a smile on my face!---and that was because of Len. In my opinion, you have a gem of an employee, and he deserves a raise!
