This store is always clean, the employees are always friendly and helpful!! Truly enjoy shopping at the Fenton Home Depot!

I have bought my materials for several home projects over the years at the Fento Home Depot. Have always been happy and have always received the help answers to any questions or concerns I have had. There are several employees in various departments that have worked at this store for years. That has always contributed to professional help and consistent service, and I appreciate that.

Does anybody ever actually read these reviews? I hope so, because there is a lady at this store who really loves her job and her customers! It shows by the way she treats everyone.(well,everyone i have seen!). She even said to me tonite that she would like to be here more often than she is! WOW who says that about their job! Hooray for her. Bless her heart. Praying someone reads this and thanks her for a VERY appreciative customer!

The Pro Desk: John, Julia, Thomas, and Joann are extremely wonderful people. They go beyond to help anyone that is in the store. The customer service desk is always amazing with helping. What's going on at Home Depot? Used to be you would be inundated by employee's greeting and offers of assistance. No it's hard to even make eye contact with an employee to get attention for assistance.

A great group of associates who don't laugh at me no matter how dumb my questions are.

The store was very organized and clean. The staff was very helpful to me especially I was in a hurry, they even provided a cart and loaded my truck.

The staff is always willing to help and we shop there frequently. We usually can find what we are looking for and purchase items in stock but have special ordered items as well. We purchased kitchen cabinets and one came broken and the kitchen department had a replacement delivered in 2 days.
