I have been to this store several times. The store has always been clean & the products always easy to find. If I stand in one spot for a few minutes trying to decide which product to buy, a store associate always notices and comes over to see if I need help & will offer suggestions or experiences to be helpful. This last visit, the store associate offered a personal experience in deciding which product to buy & I found it a very excellent choice, it worked great & exactly as I needed it to.

I know I can get help there. I also love the lifetime warranty on power tools AND batteries.

Customer Service Rep Kate is incredibly knowledgeable and effective. Very impressive. An asset to Home Depot. Earned a strong repeat ant long term customer. Ditto for Sandy in Fargo.

I'm a disabled Vet and am glad to be able to get around the store with there motorized cart and the helpfulness of everyone there.

The store has good quality products and tools built for professional use as well as homeowner. Great selection. Could back off on the light bulb selection though.

I work in purchasing and often times we purchase items from Home Depot. Generally we don't have issues with the online ordering but from time to time we do. Every time that I have had an issue and contacted customer service at the Fergus Falls Home Depot they are extremely helpful .I have had them special order paint in for me a discount rates that were offered online because there was not enough in stock. I have had items that say they were in stock but got cancelled from the online order without telling me why and the customer service rep took the time to be sure they had the item and get the order replaced for me. Sometimes they are busy but will ask for a call back number and are very quick at responding when they are finished with helping their current customer. I have nothing bad that I can say about the customer service at Fergus Falls Home Depot I feel that they truly do a splendid job!

Just a wonderful, clean store with the nicest associates working there. Great line of merchandise too!

The people were nice, but had to wait to even ask a question only to be referred to someone else, and had to go looking for them.

THE SIGNAGE MADE THE ITEMS EASY TO FIND WITH MINIMAL TIME REQUIRED TO SEARCH FOR SPECIFIC ITEMS.

Associates not available, run them down ask a question and are told don't have it, I was told, order it off the internet then associate turned & walked away certainly not time for the customer. Customer Service said I can't help you (and there for the name I guess customer service)??? Have avoided going to Home Depot because of past experiences. Had to be in Fergus Falls for an appt. needed only a couple thing so thought I will run over there. Did consider going across the street to Fleet Farm & yes I definitely should have. Sure will the next time, there is no doubt about that!

Clean store enough help product on hand for my project

As always the store was clean and the associates were very helpful

I stopped at the Fergus Home Depot to check on the price on some lawn furniture. I asked an associate for help. Once I had decided on the chairs that I wanted, she carried them to the check out for me. All four chairs! The clerk rung up my purchase, and I told her that I had seen the same chairs earlier that day at another store for a cheaper price. She had my purchase voided and told me that Home Depot will meet and beat any local price. WOW! She saved me $18. I walked away with a smile on my face.

associates are very friendly and helpful, the store was quite warm but associates made it a great experience

On this trip I had to get an associate to get a tool box off the shelve and bring it to the front while I continued shopping. The box was up there by the time I was ready to check out. I was given a hand with loading my material and the tool box. Everything went well and all associates were very helpful.

They carry moving supplies, but, do not provide any signs telling you where they are.

We have been shopping here for thirteen years, in that time we have met some associates we have become friends with. Its a joy to visit with them while we shop there. The people who work there are a credit to your org.

The first associate we encountered was great! Showed is where to find what we needed and even followed up later in to make sure we found what we needed. The second associate? Not so much! Asked for help and it was like we were inconveniencing him!! Not sure if he needed a vacation or what his deal was but we were NOT pleased with him! Thankfully we had a great first impression but unfortunately the one that we encountered at the end of our shopping experience will be the one that's fresh in our memory........wish I had their names.

I like all the choices and the staff is helpful and friendly!

Extremely helpful associates that were willing to take the time to answer my questions and allow me the time to compare colors and make sure the type of paint I needed matched my wishes. Used online process to pick specific colors. Not easy to order in-stock items off Internet but when I called they were more than happy to help me get the right items. Great prices and rebates too!!!! I would come back again

We recently bought a new house - and have made a couple of trips to this store, which is about an hour away from our home. The clean, well laid out store is inviting - but it is the awesome associates that make the outfitting of our new home so easy! Thank you Fergus Falls Home Depot! We will be back!

Our Cashier was very friendly and even tried to cheer up our child.

This store is always stocked with everything I need and if I can't find it, someone is always there to help me out right away! I go to Home Depot for everything I need!
