Helpful employees, who will admit when something is above their knowledge base and find someone who can help. This is not a smaller Home Depot, but the employees are very helpful and engaging.

All in all the store is as good as any

Ann at the Customer Service Desk is a Rockstar!!! She should be the cloned. Her efficiency, knowledge and how she expedited my shopping experience was Five Star!!!

The store is clean. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Neisha (one of the managers) is epecially knowledge, works hard, and is extremely helpful. I have completed many successful DYI projects over the years with the help of the employees at this store.

Overall store was clean and organized, staff was nice and a couple of the associates offered help. A lot of stocking going on so it was a little challenging to get down the aisle. One of the items that was out was a extendable pool for window washing. Was out of the 12 and the 16ft.

The specialized service we received from Mark in the flooring department, on two separate occasions, really showed how much knowledge and time a great employee will spend with a guest. We are grateful for all he did for us and will continue to shop here because of this level of service.

For some reason people in the Firestone area think that a sign that says "Loading Zone Only" means "please, by all means park here so you can run in and pick up a door knob". And if you need help lifting anything physical or sorting lumber, Don't call on your pro loader. They will be ignoring you or hiding.

I have been a contractor, have done fix and flip properties, I own rental properties and I have found this store one of the best if not the best in Colorado. I have shopped at most of the home depots in Colorado and I have found this store to be superior.

Clean when you walk in to when you walk out. From the minute I/we walked in, they treated us like we were the only people in the store. Even though we knew exactly what we were there to get, they all continued to ask if we were ok...thx!

Staff went above and beyond to assist in the buying experience.

We have been coming here for 5 years. As we are remodeling our house and for hardware and supplies or tools for our Roofing and Home Inspection business. Always fast friendly service when needed. Our new Windows purchased and received perfectly too.

The employees are so helpful and friendly. Just walking through I had about 7 employees ask if I needed help and took me around to look for what I needed. I did not find a fan but when I went to cashier the girl was really friendly and then Brian said they might have a fan in the back and got it for me! I was so thrilled. I have never had a better shopping experience. Everyone here is great! Thank you Home Depot from saving me doing more shopping or ordering what I needed online.

Unlike most HD and competitors' stores, the employees don't run away when you approach to ask for help. Also, the Cashier Arianna was a delight!

I lived in Firestone for 4 years and shopped this store exclusively. I recently moved to Longmont but have continued to shop this store because of the great product selection and the tremendous employees.

I am all about customer service. The store in Firestone Colo. has that small town atmosphere where everyone is kind and wanting to help. If you took out the employees from this store, you'd have just a basic hardware store. It's the people here that make it great because they understand it's about the customers needs that drives them to help the customer, which in return brings the customers back time and again. The item I was looking for was right there, so it was easy to purchase. I needed assistance, and while I was still looking at the products trying to make up my mind, I had three employees ask if I needed help. By the time I made a decision, a store employee was very willing to help me. The store is in neat order, so items are easy to locate.
