I HAD MY BEST DAY AT MY HOME DEPOT TODAY BY FAR, ROSE AT THE SERVICE DESK WAS SO MUCH HELP .WENT WAY OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP ME WITH THE BUYING OF MY NEW TORO 5050 WITHOUT HER KNOWLEDGE AND KNOW HOW TO RETRIVE THING FROM HD COMPUTER SYS. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A LOT HARDER ME TO HAVE FOUND MY RETURN ( I HAVE MIST PLACED MY RETURND PAPER WORK) AND SHE FOUND ALL SHE NEEDED TO HELP EXPLAIN WHAT I WAS TRYING TO DO THANK YOU MISS ROSE. I love shopping at this Home Depot. You drive up and the parking lot is always clean and once you go in a friendly store associate is there to greet you. Considering the size of this store it is always clean and clutter free compared to some of the smaller mom and pop stores around. This Home Depot is my to go store for whatever repairs, remodeling, lawn and garden products we need. It's about 28 miles from where I live and always enjoy the drive out there.

This has got to be the cleanest or one of the cleanest Home Depots I've been in a while. Everybody has a great attitude and it's quick to help.

Well organized aisles.. But ultimately, Associates are exceptional and knowledgeable in their Departments

We went in for a light for my son's room and hooks for our tree bulbs. We found both easy enough and I found that the store has WAY more Christmas decorations than even Wal-Mart. Will shop here for decorations next year FIRST!

I occasionally need to have some plywood cut for small home projects. The usual charge has been 25 cents /cut. Today I was informed that the charge is now $6!!! NO! NO! NO! I will not pay that for a $9.99 sheet of plywood!! If that is going to be the case then you have lost a customer and I will inform anyone and everyone within my power of this outrageous charge. I do not mind paying a small charge for cutting but $6 is RIDICULOUS!!. Some of us do not have a full size wood shop and depend on the affordable help that Home Depot used to provide. I cannot afford to pay $6 for a few cuts of plywood that costs $9.99. If this is going to be the charge from now on then I am no longer a Home Depot Customer.

THE ASSOCIATES IN THIS DEPARTMENT WERE HELPFUL AND VERY FRIENDLY TO US AND TO EACH OTHER. OUR PROJECT NEEDED TO MEET STATE WINDSTORM CODE AND THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL.

Friendly, down home atmosphere. Nice and professional employees that with us have gone the extra step every time we come in. I know the value of what I get and it is always in stock.

We have been in the market for a new refrigerator for months, so when the big sale came around we were finally able to afford our heart's desire. The associates in the appliance department were very knowledgeable and helpful and made what could have been a stressful purchase very pleasant. There were lots of associates ready to help, and when we were ready to make our purchase we didn't have to wait at all. It was a smooth transaction and all of the delivery details were clearly explained to us.

After getting help I found out that you people do not deliver to Three Rivers, TX and that I find unacceptable. I will not order something again from Home Depot unless it is small enough to carry with me.

Products were easy to find and all associates were helpful.

There are some associates that weren't greed able they did ask if you needed help

i know the store and enjoy buy my tools or other supply I need to work on my home.

LOVE THE STORE, THE AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS AND THE HELPFULNESS OF THE CASHIER. NOT TOO HAPPY THAT THERE WASN'T ANYONE AVAILABLE TO HELP ME LOAD ALL OF THE ROCKS I PURCHASED. PURCHASED 20 BAGS OF DECORATIVE WHITE ROCKS FOR MY GARDEN AND WE HAD TO LOAD THEM UP OURSELVES.

I do not work for Home Depot why should I have to checkout-bag and load all my items I purchase.

i asked an associate to set down a bundle of lumber to where i could reach it. said she would get to it when she could, then blew me off. I asked 2 more, same results. 47 minutes later i finally got my boards. this is the third time this has happened to me in the last THREE visits! This visit i had to have the lumber so i had to wait. The last two visits after waiting over 15 min. for help, i just left without buying the lumber. i guess in the future i will just have to drive another 20 min. each way to buy my lumber at Lowe's. At least there i can get help when i ask for it. What is really sad is that the help i asked for this last visit(and the 2 previous visits)was to set a new bundle of lumber down to the shelf where that particular lumber is normally kept(the only pieces left on the shelf were a couple scraps that no one wanted). i was asking them to RE-STOCK their shelf. SOO, i had to wait 47 min. for them to do their job THAT SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!

Everyone was very helpful Was in and out in a timely manner and the story was very clean

Just upon entering the store I was greeted and asked exactly what it was I was looking for. I was directed to the aisle and then greeted by another store associate. He grabbed everything that I needed and I was done.
