The staff initiated an outgoing exceptional level of customer service with follow through. All the way through my visit right to my check out and departure.

I shop here approx. 3 times a week. This store in particular has the worst customer service! There are a handful of employees that I've experienced that are great (nick in paint, fred in appliances, Dillon up front, Dan tool rental, lighting dept also a couple of girls up front i don't know their name yet) all the others including the manager Tony and assistant Paul are terrible, morale seems extremely low employees and managers don't respect eachother. Many departments are staffed with people who don't know anything about product for example tile and the guy not knowing how to figure out the sq ft of a piece of tile that was 3x12. I actually had to explain 4 pieces equals 1. The last draw was them renting me a clogged sprayer then trying to blame me for it. Belittling me asking if I'd ever used the tools before. The nozzle was clogged while running water through it before any paint even got to it. If they only knew, i could probable walk circles around them when it came to tools. This stores employees have made me so upset and have lost my business. Incompetent and rude people who don't care about the customer and their job is the majority of what you will find here. I feel sorry for the handfull of great ones that have to work under such poor management that have no idea how to build a team.

This particular Home Depot must have an amazing customer service training program. Each and every employee to a person was super friendly and helpful! We will shop here again and again!

Literally every person we came into contact with at this store was friendly and helpful! We live in Phoenix but we are renovating a condo in Flagstaff so we'll be back at this Home Depot frequently!

If you like having your time wasted this would be the place for you. Incompetent management can't seem to figure out that when they repeatedly waste customers time by having only one checkout open customers will take their money elsewhere. There never seems to be anyone that can answer questions. I had a simple question regarding which plywood sheets were Exterior Grade and no one in the store could answer it! You would think they would have them ALL labeled, but that would be too intelligent. Frequently they don't have any carts in store to put lumber on. I have repeatedly had to point this out to employees and yet no one gives a crap. Employees aren't able to help customers because frequently they are too busy socializing with each other or standing around doing nothing. Once I had to literally wait 20 minutes for someone to bring a key open the rear door so I could pick up a custom order! If you are busy professional and don't have time to waste shop elsewhere.

When shopping for a washer/dryer I received assistance from Andrea at store 0421. She spent extra time helping me select the appliances I needed, She also took the time to explain how they worked, When I when back to get advice on a venting problem for the dryer Andrea solved the problem in 60 seconds. Thanks!!!!!!!!

Who is great customer service. Kelsey the pro cashier is wonderful professional competent. The store is always neat and clean. And product is always available.

This store has always been a step above the rest. Employees are always friendly, appear to want to help instead of like you just trapped them. I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot because of the employees at this location. My dog enjoys the love as well. The best Home Depot I have ever shopped at, with friendly, accessible, and accommodating staff. I rarely come up against an out of stock item (except for high strength 3M mounting tape, irrespective of width or form factor; take note, HD supply manager). While the East Flagstaff location is not proximal to my work, only my home, I will routinely cross town to shop with these East side folks during the workday, expend the same amount of time overall, and avoid the frustration of shopping elsewhere. The East Flagstaff Home Depot's customer and service oriented assistance is well worth the drive.

There are many tradespeople at Home Depot #0421 to assist customers, like me, with their projects. I know I can get honest answers and quidance to my questions because they are there to help.

You are "on your own" most of the time so know what you are purchasing and do your "homework" before shopping. I am a homeowner and not in the "trades" so I am learning about my projects.
