All the staff I dealt with were very friendly and willing to go out of the way to help me find a missing item. Checkout was also very friendly and helpful.

I was in need of a small amount of 3/4" Plywood for a repair I was making on the roof of our Cabin in Munds Park and I really didn't need to buy a full sheet so I spoke with the associate working at the cutoff saw, he directed me to the section in the store where there were pieces of plywood in different sizes. I purchased two pieces of 2'X2'X3/4" plywood and the associate marked and cut the pieces to size for me, now that is great customer service!

I knew what I wanted to buy before I arrived at the store, and I knew which section of the the store i needed. I had to visit two different sections of the store, and each time and in each section, i was asked by an associate if i needed any help, and I liked that.

I usually know exactly what I need when I go into the store, and when I don't know where it is usually an associate can help me. There are a few folks that aren't nearly as helpful as they should be - but I feel that comes from their lack of experience over anything else. No one is ever rude or standoffish. Also, there's one girl who's super cute in the garden area, and she's also very helpful and cheerful, which makes going to that section all the more fun.

Unfortunately out of scotts weed n feed associates were unavailable to help.

Very pleased to find that the store could and would cut window blinds on site to exact size. Plenty of HANDICAP parking stalls. Even had free Hot Dogs that day for everyone.

Ordered online and never received a notification it was ready. Then the associate couldn't find it after confirmation over the phone it had arrives

The store is average for Home Depot stores in AZ in appearance and stock. As usual it can be difficult to find an associate to help you find thing. The associated I have dealt with have been friendly and knowledgeable of where to find products. I am now waiting for new kitchen countertops to be installed by Home Depot and I want to commend Jill Morris Design Consultant in Kitchen and Bath. She was extremely helpful in the process of picking a material, helping with design and arranging the measuring. She kept me advised of the process of the order. I am very pleased with her assistance in the whole process. My church is constructing a new building and have used this store for much of the material being used in this project. The store has been very helpful in working with our construction crew with advise and obtaining the best pricing.

An associate showed me where I could find a specialty product that I was looking for. As usual the staff, seem genuinely interested in helping you, and they always have a great attitude.

I was so impressed with the customer service in this store! I had a paint number for a type of paint they don't sell and the gentleman at the counter researched the number and made the correct paint for me. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes with everything on my to-do list.

Friendly associates that were right up front and willing to help. Even escorted us to our aisle and helped us find what we needed. Paint Department gets a double thumbs up from me for great service. Management at this store is definitely doing something right. Best Home Depot that I have ever shopped at by a long shot!!
