I visited the Folsom store to purchase a Tuff Shed. Service Desk personnel were friendly, knowledgeable, and provided me with information and discounts that I did not know about when I came to the store. As a result, I was able to upgrade my purchase. Service Desk staff were FIVE STARS all the way. THIS is the kind of service you dream about getting when you visit a large store, but rarely get. Folsom Home Depot knocked it out of the park. Excellent job of assisting me with the order. GREAT people and I recommend the Folsom store above any other in the area.

We purchased hardwood flooring for your home and found the staff specifically jan Robertson to be very knowledgeable and professional and provided all the detail we needed to make this large purchase.

Although I enjoy doing many projects around the house, the one area that hate more than anything is plumbing. Unfortunately when it comes to plumbing projects, the project is not typically of desire but necessity and often needing to be completed with extreme urgency. I knew the task that needed to be completed, but the Home Depot Associate was quick to point out the appropriate tools and modify my repair strategy to not only ensure the greatest success but actually save me money in the process. The Associate was not focused on selling merchandise as but more importantly his focus was to assist me in resolving my problem. For this reason, I will continue to shop at Home Depot.

Was surprised that there was help available at 6:30 in the evening. Usually I can't find an associate.

I came in looking for a light bulb I could use in my photo studio. An associate came to me after saw me struggling to find which light to by. He helped me pick out a great light, however being on a strict budget, I could only afford to buy one light and no fill light which I found but it went over my budget. I am happy however with what I got! This store is amazing and has almost everything!

Buck went out of his way to jump my car when it wouldn't start! Thank you Buck!!

Overall great store; lots of stuff; helpful staff in general. Random Sale price; dropped more than 50% in a day!!! Some product missing even though website says its there.

Today was a typical example of my usual great home depot experiences at the Folsom , Ca store.I grab the first store associate I see and get directions to the items I want,get an associate to load a handcart with the heavy items I want, like , concrete mix .Affter checkout, an associate loads my heavy items in my truck for me as I have a bad back. I'm in there once a week at least. Love the place and the people who I've got to know there.

Jake the young man in the lumber department went far beyond normal help with me. I needed several cuts made in the lumber I was purchasing for a craft project. He was patient, helped me figure out lengths needed, kind, and just overall a wholesome young man. Thank you.

Employees were very helpful & friendly. Product I ordered was wrong size & they employees were very efficient & quick to return order.

Always impressed by the availability of staff to help - even on busy Saturday afternoons. I am an amateur DIY-er so often have a few questions about whatever I'm there to purchase. The staff is always willing to help. Today I purchased paint - everyone at the paint center was friendly, assisted me right away...and even lifted the heavy 20gal container into my cart for me. During check-out, the cashier was equally friendly and helpful. Makes shopping pleasurable. Highly recommend this location for great service!

Moving is never fun, but Home Depot has more of the items that are required for a move to a new house. Plenty of boxes, different sizes, HEAVY DUTY TAPE---so important and bubble wrap. You need more of that.

Was greeted promptly as I entered the store and directed to the area I needed to go to.

When checking out, Prof Store Associate Debbie was extremely helpful, she knew what products were purchased, provided great assistance when checking out because she knew what we purchased and how to complete our Sales Receipt without taking a lot of our time. Debbie was really very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and very patient answering all our questions and providing us with the assistance we needed when we needed it. Debbie is a real credit to Home depot and a perfect example of what an Excellent employee should be.

We went into Home Depot to check out appliances and get a price range and pick out what we wanted. We were looking for a washer and dryer. Almost immediately Daniel Iverson an associate came right up and asked what he could do for us. It was amazing he answered all our questions and within 10 minutes of walking in the store he was placing our order. It was so fast and he was so nice. We said good bye then we stopped and looked at the refrigerators, I turned around and there he was answering more of our questiona he was amazing. I told him I would be back in a couple of weeks to order our refrigerator. I told him I would be back and order from him again. He was so quick and very thorough. I love the Folsom store it always has everything I need and also has great ideas for our home, always very clean and organized. I WILL BE BACK!!!!! Thank you

I can always find the newest model of helpful tools at Home Depot Folsom, along with a variety of manufacturers products.

I always like coming to Home Depot, people are usually pretty knowledgeable and helpful, store is clean and I can usually at least find samples of what I'm looking for.

I was met, in a timely fashion, by a knowledgeable assistant who assisted me in purchasing building materials.

we found everything without any problem, but didn't find a price tag for one item. we went to the check stand and asked the checkout lady for the price. she had two people looking for the price and within a few few minutes, we had the price , checked out and were on our way.

I stopped by to pick-up my order when the store opened at 6:00am; and found the associates to be extremely warm, friendly, and showed a willingness to ensure I was taken care of. I have not always experienced this type of service at Home Depot; so to the team at the Folsom store, it is noticed. Thank you and keep doing a great job!!!

Came into the store early Monday morning to return some drip line. Cashier was upbeat and friendly. So nice to have a smiling face wait on you first thing in the morning. Made my day!

I purchased 3 doors for my home the Sales Associate Eldon was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. At a later time replaced all the door knobs and hinges again a very positive experience..

My ONLY issue with this store or any Home Depot, is the people who are trying to sell me something, I either don't want or need. When I go into Home Depot I am on a mission to pick up something I need like paint, light bulbs, potting soil. Not there to browse. I do that at Pottery Barn. I DO NOT WANT TO BE BOTHERED WITH anyone trying to sell me something like - Solar, Bathtub makeover, etc. To be honest even though Home Depot is closer for me to go, I drive down to OSH. At that store no one bothers me when I just need light bulbs.
