We had a great experience at the Forest Lake Home Depot. We had three employees that went over and above the usual help that we have received from any other store. They spent as much time as we needed to get the answers we needed and to place our orders.

The staff at the Forest Lake Home Depot is always exceptionally friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate that the garden employees help load my car when I purchase flowers and shrubs.

This store is great to shop at the pro desk crew is great fun and easy to work with for planning a deck Ben stream was great to work with he knows what he is doing and is very fast at it and then to pay for it Juile the back casher is really great to work with she is fast nick and a gret person to work with as well as the rest of the crew in the pro desk area in the back of the store and i shop there abot 200 days out of the year for the last 16 years as well as 12 to 15 other locations through out the year for the last 16 years aa well as many many other lumber type stores and must say that the fores lake home depot is number 1 for sure in my book.

I'm a disabled Combat veteran with a mild TBI which makes my daily life very difficult not being able to do things that were once so very simple to me are now complex problems that I'm too embarrassed to ask help for...This is not how I feel shopping at the Forest Lake Store I feel as if the staff truly care that I find exactly what I was looking for and help me find where it is even when it's not their department, I've been lead straight to what I was looking for by anyone in the Uniform. That is very helpful and respectful, especially with a disability they make me feel prepared to take on any DIY projects in my new home. Thankyou to all the staff collectively for always working as a Team

I have mentioned in the past that the Forest Lake staff is a great team of people, and that still is the case as I continue to use this store as my Home Depot of choice. I have bought $11,000 of Andersen Windows and plan on spending another $100,000 this year on renovating my lake home.

This Home Depot has never let me down. If there is something I need, they have it or they help me find it. Many times Louis James in the Paint Department has helped me choose my color pallet. He also, explains the painting process necessary for preparing and finishing our deck.

The employees seem to be a great team that help one another with getting the customers needs met as well as keeping the place picked up and clean. I had a challenge about a month ago when I purchased $10,000 of Andersen Windows and the store manager, assistant manager, department head as well as the cashier to work out the transaction. They truly had the "we can do this" attitude. I came back this month as well because of their competency and team spirit!

This store has plenty of stock and the employees are well verse in the store layout and are very helpful in finding what you need.

Purchased a saw with a five year warranty and between leaving the store and arriving home I lost the receipt.knowing I would need this for any warranty work I called the store..because I had paid with cash it was difficult to find my sale but both customer service and the Lead cashier spent time and were able to retrieve a copy and E mailing it to me. It's this kind of friendly service that brings me back to Home Depot time and time again

Everyone that I encounter is very helpful and great to work with. It shows that all employees enjoy working there and love there customers. From Laura the Store Manager to Keith the Yard Help, you can not ask for a better group of people to represent The Home Depot name. I consider Forest Lake as my Home Depot and always look forward to the next time I get the chance to visit and work on my next project with the quality and help they provide. The Forest Lake store is clean and well stocked. Staff are knowledgeable & helpful! Isles are clear and easy to walk through!

.. Love the buy more-save more feature..Great prices on sale merchandise. Everyone was very helpful.especially the salesman in appliances. ,He was very helpful with a paperwork mixup we had and even took us up to the front desk to help us straighten it out.

Thank you to Carissa and Maddie who helped me to check out at the register. They helped me double check my item as the packaging was damaged. She showed me how to save money on my large purchase by opening the Home Depot card.

was in the store the other day and went to cust. service desk to ask where the product was..... John at the service desk was leaving for the day and took me right to them on his way out .... went back to pay and didn't know if i could check out at the service desk and mary was so nice ...... all in all the staff there is awesome

The advantage of this store is that it's located just off the freeway exit at Forest Lake. Menard's is a block away with much broader selection and perhaps better pricing but it' takes longer to get in and out. The Home Depot staff differentiates itself by being helpful. This has always been the case at this Home Depot. if I need to go to Home Depot in St. Paul I go to Maplewood where the staff is physically and mentally absent. Overall the Forest Lake Home Depot is a good stop if northbound.
