Great store! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly

I actually purchased an item on-line, had it delivered to the store. They arranged to then have it delivered to my business, 65 miles away. Both the customer service associate and driver were friendly, professional, and efficient...much appreciated!

This is an excellent store, hopefully all the corporate HD stores are like this one, Here's why I like shopping there: It goes without saying that most of what you sell is available at Menards and possibly Fleet Farm. So, why shop HD? Well, there are several reasons, the first of which is I FEEL GOOD while shopping there. The reason is I am greeted with a friendly smile when I enter the door. Even the folks at the return counter, who I pass by on my way into the store, say hi even though I don't need to return something. And if I do need to return something, there is no hassle and faces continue to be friendly. Second, throughout the store, employees ask if I need help finding something. This is not the case at other stores like HD. Third, the store is clean and employees are knowledgeable about where things are. How they remember that is beyond me. Simply put, I am happy when I shop there. Thanks to all of you who make that happen.

The store has every one you need and provides a friendly environment

It’s great to see Home Depot have senior citizens as employees. Karen was fabulous...from my first phone call about the vacume cleaners...to meeting her in person. Plus I saw her help another employee make the transaction....an excellent mentor!

I have reviewed this store favorably on many occasions. You guys have it nailed, each and every one of you. Virtually every time I have shopped there, the employees have ALL been friendly and helpful. When an employee says "hi" even if they only pass you in the aisle, that is a big deal. We all like to be recognized, and you employees do just that. It also amazes me that an employee in one area can cite a specific row number where a product can be found in a completely different area of the store. Thank you!

This store is in a convenient location, well defined spaces and my favorite thing is available people to direct me to the right place.

Marvelous customer service!!!!

The store is clean and stocks plenty of great products, but i have yet to have an associate ask me if i need help. I always end up walking around looking for an employee or asking the cashier (always only one) to page someone to help me. Once someone shows up they are very courteous and helpful but why is it so difficult to get help??

The employee's here are very helpful and go out of their way to help you.

Great service and knowledgeable employees

I stopped to pick up my store delivery that was delivered earlier the same day. Customer service was unhappy and irritated that I wanted to pick up my product. After stomping back to receiving and returning with nothing, the lady proceeded to tell me that my order is in the store, but I cannot pick it up for a couple days until it is checked in.... What kind of customer service is this? You had no problem taking my $2,600 right away, but now i have to wait for somebody to scan a barcode (and that can take a couple days?!?!). My experience would have probably been different if customer service was at least a little happier and showed some interest in its customers.

Ruth in the paint dept is great! She knows her stuff! Has been so helpful when I come in to buy paint! You are lucky you have her there!

It appears they have lost all symbolism of what customer care should be. Researching online it appears this is a pattern. Will never do business there again.

We love shopping at Home Depot. The employees are always friendly and helpful. We have shopped there for almost as long as the store has been there, twenty years or so. We have been happy with everything bought there. We give them five stars. A Happy customer.
