II have been to other Home Depots where NOone helps.They walk past or run away..its very frustrating when you are looking for something...Forest lake employees seem to ask if you need help.Even if you are just walking around.its very refreshing.

I worked with KrisAnn to purchase Carpet and Vinyl Plank Flooring. at Forest Lake Home Depot. She was great to work with, very patient and educated in what to get and the installation process.

99% of customers park closest to the entrance as well as the handicap parking. Why place "cart corrals" placed halfway down the parking lot? I believe the cart corrals should be placed next the handicap parking.

Angel greeted us as we came in the store. I told her what we were going to buy and she said she would help. She was pleasant and very efficient. She is an asset to this store. Bought a Cadet rider and had it the next day. Thankyou Angel

I've been looking for a specific semi-rare houseplant that Home Depot happen to have during my stop in. The plants were in pretty good condition and prices well for their size. There were other semi-rare or hard to find plants in stock that also looked great and priced nicely. I'm sure I'll return for more. The item rang up as a different fern, but price was the same. No matter to me. Not sure if that would have made a difference if I had to return the item though. If you didn't know your ferns, you would have no idea except the labels didn't match. Plants and appliances are about the only thing I use Home Depot for. Perhaps a specialty hardware item, but not much more. Don't like their selection of wood on hand and prices on most other items is higher. If I can get it elsewhere, I will. Also, super hard to find anything in there. Hate that.

Cheryl in appliances was very helpful. She knows her product. Offered suggestions. Very nice to work with! We bought a frig and will be back to buy a range.

My last trip to Home Depot in Forest Lake was satisfying since it was refreshing to be treated with care. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. I was in the plumbing, paint, and door department and in each of these departments someone asked me if I needed assistance. I am so thankful I had someone to help me make decisions. Thank you for caring! The store is always clean, merchandise is available when I need it, I am always greeted.

I have always found what I needed. Friendly staff gives suggestions and makes sure needs are met.
