well run store, personnel always productive. management has their sleeves rolled up working alongside staff. cashiers friendly and polite. store always stocked and clean.

Service is fantastic. People love their jobs there. Very helpful! Very clean! Well stocked. Good sales. Healthy beautiful plants. I have bought at least 20 since April, all are growing and doing fantastic. I was afraid. But apparently Home Depot knows what works well in this area. They have the best plants I have bought from anywhere. They have high standards, it is obvious!

I always enjoy in seeing latest sales of tools and equip in the main isle especially around the holidays.

One of the better HD when it comes to customer service! They are always helpful!!

Great store with great selection and wonderful employees that are always willing to problem solve with you. John in lumber went out of his way to help. We had a rough start to this visit since three of the electric scooters were not operational,my husband needed one to get around and we had to resort to the very small wheelchair (too small for a larger person) I needed help picking out a good board to fix our deck. The boards are heavy and up too high for my five foot to see. John saw our problem and helped us pick it out as though he were choosing for himself and then helped us to the checkout and loaded it in our car. That is an valuable employee!

The store is always clean , the shelves stocked and always someone to help you.

ISSUE Register #2 would not allow cashier to read your tag from the grill I purchased, she even tried to input SKU manually. Was not the cashier fault, was your computer system. Need to look at this register. I had to go to register #1. Happy there where no lines on the day and time I went.

Had a great experience at Forked River store. Margie the cashier was so helpful while buying a wheelbarrow. She rung it up without the need to go in and out of the store. They unlocked it outside and off we went. Great service! Great store! And always great respect for my retired military husband....I really appreciate that. Good people at this store....always!

All the sales employees at this Home Depot are very helpful and friendly, and I would've given my rating 5 stars, but because of my horrible experience with customer service representative, June, I gave it 3 stars. She refused to process an exchange only because I did not have my valid driver's license on me. I tried to explain to her that I carry a copy of my license, and the valid one is in my car. I did not have it on me, since I was driving my friend's truck that day. She insisted that I need it to complete the transaction. I assured her that I wasn't on the America's Most Wanted list, nor was I applying for a job at Home Depot. I was only making a simple exchange. Had I know that this was a "high profile" transaction, I would've carried my valid license before I left home! I asked to speak to the manager, who was very helpful and understanding. He apologized for June's inability to provide good customer service and moved my transaction over to another customer service representative, named Inez. She was very helpful and understanding. If it wasn't for the manager and Inez, I don't think I would want to patronize this store again. Fortunately, the store only has one unhappy employee. Whatever her problem was that day, I hope things get better for her, and I hope she doesn't take it out on the next customer.

FORKED R STORE IS A CUT ABOVE MOST STORES.GREAT STAFF OF ASSOCIATES.ESPECIALLY IN PAINT DEPT.A GUY NAMES TOM S REALLY HELPED A LOT,

I walked in at 630 this morning for a new wheelbarrow wheel, when one of your associates saw me carrying the old wheel in for comparison she immediately (and cheerfully) directed me to the proper aisle and location for the part. I didn't even have to ask.

Too many employees walking around doing nothing and not helping customers. Had to ask 3 different people to help me. Two of them were too busy to help me. Finally one person asked if I needed help, but did not have the knowledge to help me.

The employees are always very helpful and pleasant. Tommy, in the paint department, is an absolute gem. He is who I rely on for any advice about which paint is best for whatever job I’m attempting at the moment. He’s helped me many times in the past and has been so very helpful. He’s a great asset to your store!
