Love my local Home Depot. All the employees are very nice, always helpful, go above and beyond for the customer.

This was the best experience I have ever had at the Fort Smith AR Home Depot! Staff greeted me at the door and throughout the store as I passed through many departments, asking if I needed any help. Even mgmt team members spoke to me and offered assistance! The cabinet designer I worked with Ann was just wonderful and helped to make my new countertop purchase easy. Wow if you folks keep this kind of interaction up with your customers, you will run the other guys out of town! LOL! THANK YOU FORT SMITH AR HOME DEPOT TEAM!!!

When you go to this Home Depot find Dub, he is the most helpful and knowledgeable associate we have found shopping in this store. The store was clean and has just about everything you could need for a remodel project. The only problem I have discovered, is its hard to find someone to help with questions. So when I go there I ask for Dub, and always go home with the correct items.

This store very seldom has REAL LIVE people working the checkout. It's mostly self checkout. Because of the lack of REAL LIVE people working the checkout, I tend to shop more at other home supply stores.

I've gutted and renovated the last five homes my wife and I have owned from Missouri to Texas to Oklahoma. I really could not have done it without Home Depot's help. The home we presently own is in east Oklahoma. I gutted and renovated it by myself and it took me a little over a year. I visit this Home Depot at least once a month for something but when I was knee deep in framing, plumbing, electrical, heating and air, flooring, tiling, finish work, etc, etc, I was in the Ft Smith HD twice a month at least for materials. Yes, there were times when the store was busy and I had to wait for help but when it was my turn, I had great help with things, including help loading my old van with materials. I do appreciate the help I've always received from HD and it's no different in Ft Smith. Even with a national name, I've always found HD to be real world and down to earth.

Always find helpful knowledgeable employees here. Willing to take a moment to help. Easy checkout especially with self-checkout.

The store was clean, however, only one of the 6 employees I walked by could help me locate what I was looking for. When I went to check out, the cashier noted that she was busy while playing a game on her phone.

Great place to shop do to people and products

I was looking for a product to use to wrap my trailer in Ryan showed me the underpinning and when I asked if he had any thing that looked like stone or was stone he took me to the contractor desk and there Kayla was very helpful and knowledgeable about two different products that I could use haven't decided yet but I will be back once I do

I have been to several home improvement stores in Fort Smith and I am always impressed by the cleanliness of the store and the friendliness of their employees. Usually the area around the paint desk and the lumber desk is pretty messy, but they stay on top of it so that the whole store is neat and tidy. It is a pleasant experience to shop in a place where everything is where it should be.

I try to go to home depot whenever I have building/remodel needs. I can always find what I want and the prices seem reasonable. The staff has always been very helpful and courteous.

THE STORE HAS SOME OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEES THAT DO MORE THAN THEIR SHARE (LIKE LOADING WITH NO OTHER ASSISTANCE BESIDES THE CUSTOMER). SOME OF THE PRICING ON WOOD SHEETS AND ITEMS SIMILAR TO THAT CAN BE MISLEADING. I LIKE THE PRICES AND MANAGERS SHOULD BE MADE AVAILABLE EASIER TO THEIR STAFF WHEN PROBLEMS ARISE

Have purchased two riding mowers at this store as well as appliances and miscellaneous hardware items.Prices are always competitive.There is always a wide range of products Merchandise is easy to find and the all-important checkout is a breeze.Whomever trains the cashiers should get a raise.
