All of the employees that I have talked to and received help from have been excellent.

Not the best support from staff in particular in the lumber area but also way better then it was a couple of years ago

Every time I come to the Franklin, TN Home Depot everyone who works there is so helpful and they genuinely enjoy their job. It is a joy to shop at this location!

Needed help finding different things throughout the store. Asked 1 person for assistance didn't help. Asked another gentleman for help not sure how to spell the name Keelan helped throughout the entire process. Checked out with Cassie and she was very nice at explaining how to set up an account.

I have purchased many items over a number of years at the Franklin, TN Home Depot (store #0734). I have also rented moving vans from this store during this time frame. The service has always been excellent and the store employees are helpful and knowledgeable. The store always has a good selection of quality products.

We hav delta with this home depot for along time mostly with appliances and jack always know what his stuff. And we hav also bought or exterior doors from Mark there these guy are great always make Ou feel like yur right at home.

I recently had a frustrating experience with Home Depot. I ordered two packs of underlayment, each pack containing 5 sheets, for pickup. When my pickup person arrived, he was only given 2 sheets instead of the 10 sheets I ordered. Despite him pointing this out, the customer service representative insisted the order was correct and refused to check further. My pickup person left without the order, and to make matters worse, I received an email confirming the order had been picked up—when it clearly hadn’t. I had to drive to the store myself to resolve the issue. Fortunately, another representative was able to help and fix the problem, but it cost me significant time. I had to take time off work, and my contractor's schedule was also impacted due to this avoidable mistake. This was a frustrating waste of my time, and the poor handling of the situation initially could have been avoided with better customer service.

Good overall experience since I typically know what I'm looking for. However, I don't always know where it's located. It's during those times that I've noticed that employees seem to scurry away and become unavailable when someone enters an aisle. This has been a long-time observance. And so I write this so that you can train your employees to ACTIVELY acknowledge a customer ("Hi, welcome to The Home Depot!") and engage with them by PROACTIVELY offering assistance ("May I help you find something?"). It really is THAT simple. You're welcome.

Purchased a Kohler Highline toilet to replace an existing toilet. It was the only one in the store that was designed for a 10” rough in. The reviews on here said the water flow was inadequate to do the big job and that the flush lever was wimpy. Both of these are correct.

My shopping was done at your Store #0736 in Oak Ridge, TN 37830. Jim, from Electrical, helped me with cutting some chain and selecting hardware. He has helped me many times over many years. Kathy, at the Pro Desk, checked me out and took the unusual step of using her computer terminal to help me open an online app account and apply for my military veteran discount. She took the time and has the caring nature to help me apply for the discount - something g I had been able to do by myself. She impressed me as a very strong believer in the idea that “Customer Service “ is a lot more than the Returns Register. I am very impressed by her friendly, interested and helpful attitude.

This store is the best Home Depot I have ever shopped in!!!

I was pleasantly surprised to find adequate staffing at noon on a Sunday. I was greeted by Aiden the moment I walked in the door. He was very attentive as he used his Home Depot app to help assess the available inventory at the local store to see if he could find the particular lawn & garden product I was seeking. I also enjoyed great customer service from David (a Navy vet) at the Customer Service Desk who assisted me in greater detail as we tried to determine the best green grass paint product for temporarily covering some ugly bare/brown spots in our front yard. Unfortunately, the desired products were available only online & not stocked by the local store. David also processed my transaction for Scotts EarthGro Black Mulch for the flower beds near our front porch. Finally, the young attendants in the drive-through/pickup garden area loaded a heavy bag of mulch into my trunk w/a friendly & helpful attitude. Overall, I had a great experience at this Home Depot store on this day.

I interacted with about eight employees today and each one was so kind and helpful. I felt like the employees were a great team working together. I enjoy shopping at the Home Depot in Franklin. Great employees!

Have gotten used to decent+ service at Franklin HD. Not this time, although there were some exceptions. Many of staff actively indifferent to customers. Ended up with a three hour visit, still left without items I wanted.

The customer service at the Royal Oaks Home Depot location is superb. The employees at the customer service desk (especially Twinkal) are great.

I purchased a BOSCH Laser Distance Tape Measuring Tool (~$45) online and HomeDepot.com sent me a box of mosquito attractant (~$10). When I contacted customer service online they told me the item I purchased cannot be returned online so I have to go in person to a store, which was ridiculous. Glad I went to this branch though! Zachary not only helped process the refund, but went above and beyond. When we realized the store didn't have any of the product I purchased in stock, he price matched the BOSCH model closest in price to it. I may not shop online at HomeDepot.com again, but I'll continue shopping in-person because of this interaction. Thanks, Zach!

We bought an LG top loader washing machine and it has an agitator and made right here in the USA

We have had very helpful Appliance Specialists in the floor -today with a refrigerator purchase of and with other major appliances in the past. Competitive prices and superb service without pressure. Knowledgeable employees are always friendly and helpful. Well be back.

This SOB sounds like a rusty hamster wheel and no one wants to help and I just bought it. Thank god I saved the receipt loading it up and taking it back

You walk in and walk around the store it feels a bit cluttered and dim lit. That is every Home Depot I visited from TN to FL. How about straightening it up and adding lights because I was at the end of isles and a bit dark! On the plus side, The Moen shower head with cable was in stock today and I got it and it’s working great!

Jim at the pro desk is my hero! I really appreciated his help in placing my order, updating me on delivery estimates, scheduling the delivery in a timely manner, and following up on the delivery. I recommend him, the Franklin pro desk, and the crew working to pull my order, to everyone!

I went to this particular HD to purchase a Cub Cadet riding mower. From the get go, I was treated with super friendliness. My customer rep Jennan got me registered (it's free) for a Pro Xtra account linked to my HD Credit card. Perks and such. I'll take them. She set up the loan, which is an interest free loan for 24 months!! Brandon, who completed the paperwork did so expeditiously. This Home Depot is a terrific example of how to do things RIGHT.

A cashier helped me sign up for the Home Depot credit card. I ended up saving almost $50 and basically getting a large amount of motor oil, a tote, and a lemonade for almost free.
