Clean and friendly place to shop. Great place to be as new home owners!!

Always get great help from the employees! Good value for the money.

I received excellent customer service at this Home Depot each time that I visit. But on Wednesday 29 March 2017, I was given the royal treatment by customer service, several associates helped me in the process of buying a new riding mower. The manager also did all that he could to make the purchase happen. Thank you all for a nice experience.

We found the items we needed. The Cashier, Wanda was friendly & helpful getting us the help we needed. Dawn was friendly and went out of her way in putting the mulch and dirt in our truck.

Needed 14 big bags of mulch today. While shopping at Home Depot I needed help loading them onto a cart and then loading them into my vehicle as well...I had to make two trips...The first time I came Sue was so nice to help me...The second time I came, Sue and Ezra helped me...These employees went above and beyond to make my shopping experience memorable. I felt I was given Concierge Service. Thanks for the memories Sue and Ezra! Kudos

Called to ask the status of a product in store. Shirley in Hardware had it waiting for me at customer service. I was in and out in 5 minutes and back to work on the job for the Home Owners Association making an ugly home owners mess look great again!

The associate there Melissa was a tremendous help in helping us locate the shelving brackets and twin track uprights we were looking for.

Always an awesome experience when I go to this location.

This store is our go to place when we need help with home improvements. The store is clean and well organized and the associates are friendly and helpful. We recently needed to purchase a ladder. Pete's help was invaluable. He understood what we were looking for and helped us realize it was not on display. He immediately went to the computer and online found just what we wanted. It was delivered to the store for our pick up very promptly. Without his help, we would not have purchased a ladder that day. We were also appreciative of Isaac's assistance with our purchase of a toilet. We were grateful for his carrying our purchase where it needed to go. In addition, we absolutely love the garden department. Year after year we can't wait to come and choose our spring plantings.

Employees, supervisors, and managers in every department of the Fredericksburg Home Depot Store (#4620) are always courteous and helpful. My wife and I have shopped at this store consistently since April 2000. Over the years, I have also talked with a Store Manager on two occasions. It is clear from those occasions that the managers set a good example. I strongly recommend this store.

THE STORE AND THE EMPLOYEES WAS VERY HELPFUL AND HELPED ME FIND THE ANSWERS AND INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCTS I WAS INTERESTED IN TO HELP ME MAKE A BETTER DECISION ON WITCH ONE TO USE FOR THE TYPE OF JOB I WAS DOING. THEY ALSO FOUND SOMEONE WHO COULD HELP ME IF THEY DIDN'T KNOW THE INFORMATION INSTEAD OF TELLING ME THEY DIDN'T KNOW.

This store must have superior management. All of their salespersons are courteous and fast to help, unlike the competition. I have stood around in another store waiting for help to find someone who didn't know about the subject and had to wait longer.

Everyone in the store was friendly and helpful. I was happy because they carry some hard-to-find items. The prices were good and I found everything I needed. With a nice associate to help me and a quick and friendly cashier, I was in and out in good time!

I was traveling home on a Saturday evening, and needed to get some things. I knew I would not get home in time to go to my local Home Depot, so I typed Home Depot into WAZE and stopped at the closest one which happened to be Fredericksburg. It was clean, everyone was friendly and helpful, and it was a wonderful experience. At 58, I am moving out on my own for the first time in my whole life. The thought of buying tools was scary, but the folks there made it wonderful. I wish I had written down the gentleman's name who help me, but unfortunately I did not. He was awesome.

Very good stock of items at a very reasonable price. The Staff is always available to assist. The upgrade of lumber carts is a plus. Many on hand at the entrance to the store.

I was totally impressed with the courtesy and efficiency this store provided. Will definitely come back for more items when needed. Manager was awesome and made me feel at home.

Home depot employees are so friendly. Oren helped me find everything I needed for my home.

Excellent Customer Service - Shelves stocked well - Good Late Sunday Open Hours

sometime ago last year i locked myself out in my home and did not know what to do. I went to the home depot in Fredericksburg, to ask for help, they called me the store manager to talk with me after that 2 of the employee voluntered to help me and it was raining. They drove me home to help me open my door. that was going the extra mile to help somebody without paying them. I say homedepot employees and mangers are kind people and they have a great customer service. I will shop home depot for my house need anytime.

When looking for screws or other small items, they are all mixed together in the same bin. For example, we were looking for a ½” x 1 ½” screw. The bin had maybe 25 screws in it with only one being the right size as indicated on the box. Seems the employees could do a better job checking and maintaining order and consistency on the shelves. We as a contractor don't have time to wait around to first find an employee and then wait for them to figure things out. Used to be a good experience shopping at HD, but it has now become very frustrating.

This Home Depot used to have a handle on its inventory, but seems to be more and more in disarray. Sometimes the items are not on the shelves for months. Then we find out they had been in stock all along, but just not taken out of storage. One time, we looked for an item (a level) for many weeks which appeared to be in stock based on the website, but was never in the store. We asked an employee who could not figure out why it said they had 3 in stock, but were nowhere to be found. When looking for screws or other small items, they are all mixed together in the same bin. The store used to provide pull-through loading parking under the canopy at the building supplies exit for the contractors. The store changed it and made as a parallel parking. When the store is busy and people are parked there, it is impossible to pull through with a trailer or large truck as one would be blocking many card that are paralleled parked. This is especially very inconvenient when it is raining.

Every time we visit this store the employees have been friendly and helpful.

Tried to price match Amazon as I've done before. But this time they refused a price match over $20. Next time I'll just shop Amazon from my couch.

Friendly employees and fantastic customer service. I will drive a little out of my way to shop here more often.

My husband can fix ANYTHING around the house and yard~~he loves your Home Depot store and goes there almost daily. We always find a great selection from which to choose--recently he laid hardwood floors throughout our home; and we found just what we wanted--in color, quality, and for a great price, at Home Depot!
