Great store i always shop here. Its clean and everything is easy to find. everyone is helpful. Also Home Depot has self checkout thats cool i like that.

this store is awesome! we are here all the time the people that work here are so friendly and helpful..its clean and its so easy to find things. the products we buy are a good quality. the parking is great. thay also have self check out i like that. I never had to wait in a long line.

The store was excellent. I could find the tools easily and well.The employees were helpful and nice.The pro service was amazing and the person there too. The people at the painting section was funny nice and friendly.

YOUR WINDOW DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE, NOT THE LOCAL STORE PEOPLE BUT THE WINDOW SALES AND INSTALLERS AND FOLLOW UP PERSONNEL. NEVER CALL BACK, NEVER FOLLOW UP AND HAVE NOT FIXED A SIMPLE BROKEN WINDOW FROM DAY 1. YOU EITHER HAVE SO MUCH BUSINESS THAT IT DOES NOT MATTER IF ONE PERSON HAS A PROBLEM OR YOU JUST DON'T CARE. I LOVE MY NEW WINDOWS BUT THE SERVICE STINKS!

I REALLY LIKE HD AND THE STAFF AT MY LOCATION. I JUST HAD WINDOWS INSTALLED AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WINDOWS AND INSTALLATION CREW. HOWEVER, I AM VERY DISPLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION AND CERTAINLY NOW, IT SEEMS THAT NO ONE IS IN CHARGE, WAITED FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME TO GET MY QUESTIONS ANSWERED. I HAVE 2 RELATIVELY MINOR ISSUES AFTER INSTALL AND ONE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. ONE WINDOW WAS INSTALLED WITH A CRACK AND I SENT PICTURES AND MADE NUMEROUS CALLS AND THE REPAIR HAS STILL NOT BEEN SCHEDULED. MY CONTACT AT INSTALL JAMES EDWARDS DOES NOT RETURN MY CALLS OR TEXT MESSAGES. I WOULD LIKE TO GET THIS WINDOW REPLACED AND IT SHOULD NOT BE HARD. I WOULD LOVE TO RECOMMEND THE WINDOWS BUT THE FOLLOW UP FROM THE PEOPLE ASSIGNED FROM THE BEGINNING UNTIL NOW IS NOT GOOD, SEEMS LIKE THIS GETS LOST IN BIG COMPANY CRAPOLA INSTEAD OF BEING PERSONALIZED SERVICE WHERE SOMEONE REALLY CARES!

I thnk this particular H.D. is good. The customer service is pretty typical. You get employees who see you coming down the isle and turn and walk the other way and actually ignore you as you say "excuse me", or "hey! I am a handyman and I live right around the corner form this HD. I usually would go to the clovis one just because that is the hd I cut my teeth on. Ok Home Depot! Up to you. Balls in your court!!!!

Reasonable prices, huge selection and helpful employees.

I have gone to this store on the weekend and WOW, when you enter you are greeted by a person who really appreciates you coming in. He makes you feel welcome and definitely makes you feel like shopping at this Home Depot. If you need to find something he can usually direct you to the right place and tries to find you help. I recommend shopping here on a weekend just to get the experience.

At times when we go to home depot, there are a lot of workers but they don't always come up and ask if you need anything.m We need to look for them most times.

Every time I shop this store they are friendly and courteous. They have what I need and if they don't they do their best to find it.

The guy in the appliance department was so very helpful and friendly. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he took me right to it. He did not try to upsale me or talk me into anything else.

Clueless staff in the home appliance dept who could never find my order. A store employee named Hannah was one of the rudest, nastiest clerks I have ever dealt with. Don't know if I want to ever go there again. The assistant managers, Steve and Tommy, are very nice and helpful but it is very difficult to reach them by phone and you have to go through five levels of voicemail to even get a live person on the phone who can attempt to connect with a manager. This is NOT THE PLACE TO BUY APPLIANCES.

Always find what I need and a decent price.

A nice store but when it is busy they have no carts to use.

I have lived near the this location for the past 5 yrs. Every time I have come into the store, no matter how big or small the item I was purchasing was, returning an item, or if I need a question answered ALL of the employees have always been kind and extremely helpful.

The person who welcomed us was friendly and had a big smile. What a great way to enter a store

If it wasn't for Michael in the kitchen section I would not have gotten the right things needed. He took the time to guide me to the right material and the right tile pieces to make my job complete. I bought the material for my job and have hired someone else to do the work. I needed to get the right things and Michael made it all come together. Thank you Mike for going the extra mile.

Store employees were very knowledgeable and a tremdious help. Very friendly great customer service. Great prices too.

Associates were hard to track down, only check out open was self-service at 6:30am. Associate in the checkout dept was not cordial when asked if self-service was all that was open.

This store was clean nd everyone was so friendly and helpful! the garden area was beautiful! Janina was my cashier and she was so helpful and nice! she definitely made my experience that much better.

WEEKEND BUSY AS USUAL AND HARD TO FIND EMPLOYEES ON THE FLOOR THAT DON'T HAVE A CROWD AROUND NEED HELP; BUT GOT MY TURN AND WAS GIVEN EXCELLENT SERVICE AND CORRECT INFORMATION THAT I ASKED. THE CASHIER ANTONIO STOLE THE SHOW IN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I bought tile for my whole house, their inventory was great and not too expensive. The customer service was wonderful. Penny was ablessed to get me the tile I wanted and gave me some really good advice.

Since I bought my home in 2000 that's when home depot became our to go to. many projects, and emergency visits. Lowe's is further out, way out! you need a membership well I never went back
