I went to find a light bulb to replace my older one and a store associate offered help even before I asked. I was out in less than ten minutes which has never happened before

the home depot store on shaw & feland in fresno has a nice neighborhood feel. i have shopped here many times in the last decade. sometimes i needed to learn a few things about the projects i was attempting at home, & the staff member in electrical, plumbing, paint, etc took the time to share my enthusiasm & their knowledge to make sure i had success, & all the parts & pieces, & peace of mind, to fix & maintain my home ~

Nice to go to this store. Long term employees who are well informed. helpful, friendly & enjoy what they do. Let you know about product differences so you get exactly what you need to make the job go more smoothly.

On Saturday 8/8/15 Saul the cashier seemed to be a little under the weather and limping the day i went into the store and Yet without being asked he loaded up a 50 lb bag of salt into a shopping cart for me. I said to him that i appreciated that. Before that i was already thinking to myself that it was going to be difficult for me to get that bag of salt pellets into a shopping cart because my back was bothering me. Thank you again Saul. Exactly what you would expect at home depot. As long as you know what you are looking for, and where it is, youre fine. if you need to find someone to help you in a particular area, good luck.

I was helped by a very smart, cordial and knowledge man Michel Sanchez, he got for me the products I needed, opened an aditional account for me, took care of all the paper, very interested in my line of work, helped me all the way till I left the store. He knew every inch of the store and all the products you carry, It made me feel at home, no rush and very confortable. Nice persons make the store also nice and amicable. Yesterday visit to my Home Depot was a real pleasure thanks to Michel, I think is new employee because I go every day to the store and did not remember seen him before, now when ever I need expert help i will be looking for Michel Sanchez. Congratulations to Home Depot for havin such a nice personel.

Debra was very helpful in checking out as we had a pretty good size load. I did have other workers ask if we needed anything but they didn't pester us either.

Purchasing the wrong item can be embarassing as best...we got the "right item" but did not check the packaging for "energy efficient"....service rep made the item back no problem. Made sure that we had the energy efficient product & we left the store feeling good about what we had. We "my husband was ready to dig in & get this project done. Pondering what will be next. Thanks so much to you staff!!

Rafael Valencia Made my exsperience super pleasant and very easy. I have a anxiety disorder where I need my service dog with me, but was not able to bring him today. Being nervous to start my shopping, I was approached by employee Rafael . He practically did my shopping for me, I was so relieved and he did not seem like I was a burden like most store employees would as I need a lot of help. He was kind from the beginning of to the end and I never felt rushed, he seemed very knowledgable about all the items I needed, and was also able to find better options which I was exstatic with. A star employee if I ever encountered one. This guy was great, I will be coming back and recommend this location to shop at based solely on this great experience with this employee. There needs to be more workers like him.

People where nice. Helpful and fast. They akways have what I want.

both persons in the paint department knew exactly their job and merchandize and what I needed, it was fun and to talk to them and get the proper items for my grand daughter project

overall, i was completely satisfied with the customer service i received, even though the associate worked in electrical he was quick to help me find the right toolbox to help assist me with my profession, Thank You Vince!

Thank you Home Depot and Russ and Anna; your support, understanding, and willingness to go over and beyond to assist me in selecting and purchasing my refrigerator, washer and dryer. Thank you for the detailed explanation, particularly of how the new efficient energy saving washer operates and all I need to know about the ice maker - water dispensing refrigerator. I also appreciate the no pressure sales. Just great conversations, honest answering of questions and yet letting me make my own decisions with confidence. I had been to four prior stores before coming to Home Depot - where I found everything I had seen in different places and in a couple of cases - costing much more. So, Home Depot - you have won me over - I have many remolding plans for the kitchen and painting and because I shopped with such ease and confidence - I will bring all my business to Home Depot.

The bins were mis-stocked, each with a variety of items. Each item required careful scrutiny to avoid broken packages, or incompatible items. I mentioned to the associate that a rep should take responsibility if employees will not. He responded that the rep was here yesterday and put everything in order. It doesn't matter what product line I'm working with, they're all scrambled every time. I return because you usually have stock and prices tend to be less than the specialty stores. Speaking as a former merchandiser, I'm disappointed.

the staff are very helpful here and I was able to find what I was looking for very easily. This store is always very clean and safe.

Wandered aimlessly looking for what I needed for 10 minutes; Finally found 1 person who had to ask someone else, who sent me to the wrong aisle; Asked a 2nd person who told me where to find what I needed; 3rd person in that section said they didn't have what I was looking for; Wandered around another 10 minutes, found what I need, which was hidden behind other displays, IN the section the guy worked in said they didn't have it; This is the norm at Home Depot;

Lobe the store . everybody is very helpful and cain . store is clean always find what i need cuz ebery thing is really organize.

It took us less than 5 minutes to find what we were looking for. Neal was prepared to answer all our questions about garage doors. He had extended knowledge about all the equipment. It is very comforting to know one is receiving great products and that Home Depot provides knowledgeable professionals to assist customers. We are so grateful!

I wanted to buy 4 ceiling fans for my children bedrooms. I saw it on sale at the Clovis, CA location but they were out of stock. Customer services called the Fresno store they had 4 left we asked them to put it aside for us by the time we went there the 4 ceiling fans was in the shopping cart waiting for us with our name on it :)

Had only a few ins and outs but needed a little extra info, was able to talk to some one who helped me a lot and was in and out with the right stuff before I knew it.

To hopefully keep this short and sweet, I had just moved to Fresno this weekend! I was shopping at Home Depot to establish my new place! I've decided to do my first survey because I wanted to express how satisfied my experience at this Home Depot was! (Off of Shaw) from indoors to outdoors I was greeted and received help from always a happy, joyful associate!! One associate that stood out to me was Mark! I felt has if he went above and beyond to satisfy my needs!! So thank you Mark for helping me and making me feel welcomed to Fresno!! I'll be back!! -Krystal

The store and its associates were clean, courteous, and very patient. I like the store, its products, and people. I like Home Depots location I think most of all; as its less than 3 miles from me.

The sales associate was friendly and helpful in finding the products I needed. I used to shop at lowes but I found that Home Depots prices are lower.

if i need help it is there with no problem at all.

Every item that I was looking for was at the store and the staff was very courteous and helpful in finding what I was looking for.

When I need something for a project, I can count on it being in-stock at a fair price at my local Home Depot.
