The store is very well managed based off the customer service we received and the staff. In particular Art from Customer Service and Jadis & Felix in forklift duties were a big help in getting the Halloween decor we wanted.

We went into the Fresno Home Depot to look for a couple of patio umbrellas and we couldn’t find exactly what we were looking for until Izzy assisted us. She was kind, thoughtful and very helpful. We were shell, Home Depot employees, were like Izzy.

By far some bad service on behalf of this Home Depot. Spent my money and waited for over 90 minutes to get nothing. Got tired of waiting so went and got my money back.

The store manager David Fargoza has the worst customer skills I have ever encountered at any home depot store. Very rude undertone and completely undermined the enitre problem I had with my order. Luckily we escalated to corporate and corporate resolved the issue. Beside him the rest of the staff like Mo and Candice are a joy to work with.

We purchased a Washer/ Dryer combo. Henry was the best. He was on top of everything and very helpful. We will definitely return and hopefully Henry will be there to help us again.

It was the closest store where I was at the time, and I found what I needed right away.

Froud department are too picky they have all the information and they don’t want to move on . 2 weeks verification is too long . I’ll go somewhere else

The only reason not getting 5 stars it’s because I need to go for 1/2 hr to 45 minutes to rent big tools bc the closed the tool rental dep…

Store was extremely busy this day on Saturday December 7th.

Another example of big box stores greed ! Making customers do the self checkout stupid, why should I have to work to make my purchases?
