Store associate was very knowledgable and courteous.

it's nice and clean. The employees are smiling to you and offer you the help. No long line at the cashiers. I always find what I want here in this store.

FOR ONE OF THE OLDEST STORES IN THIS AREA, IT ALMOST ALWAYS HAS WHAT I NEED OR CAN'T FIND ELSEWHERE. NEAT AND CLEAN, EVEN THE REST ROOMS MOST OF THE TIME. ALWAYS FRIENDLY PEOPLE/EMPLOYEES.

It is a pleasure to shop in the garden department because of the large variety of plants and gardening products at fair prices. Further, the employees know their stock and will give helpful advice. The friendly atmosphere extends to the cash register, where Peggy will greet you with a smile no matter how bad the weather may be.

While I am relatively new to the area, I have used this particular store on a few occasions. My experience today with ALL personnel in the store was outstanding! I had no problem receiving help in any one area, I had a variety of items to pick up, and ALL personnel were very attentive and polite in their service as well as knowledgeable about the product selection. Checkout was swift and VERY FRIENDLY! I have been to this store 10-12 times over the short time we have lived here, and today convinced me that this store is my store of preference.

I've remodeled house in the suburbs of Chicago, Boca Raton and Gainesville Florida. The staff and management in this Gainesville store is by far the friendliest, knowledgeable and helpful staff I've ever come across. Each department has a great group of staff.
