When entering the store, being greeted by greeter, when he is on duty, and ready to assist, makes the shopping experience easier. He has a good handle on customer relations. A special assistant, is very well versed in his product knowledge and will assist in any department if needed. The check out girls in the contractor area are very friendly and are willing to help in any way to complete the store experience. The above is the reason I continue to shop at Home Depot

I have been going to this store for over 7 years now. There are several employees there that have always helped me with whatever I needed and if they couldn't they would definitely find someone who could.

I have never had a bad experience, that is why I keep going back.

Needed a product for flies and you are the only place that sold what I NEEDED.....

I went to Home Depot to buy an additional battery for my weed-whacker so I would not need to wait while my one battery was recharging. I asked an associate where I would find batteries of this type and was directed to aisle 11. When I reached the batteries, I couldn't decide which one to buy; there were so many to choose from! So I was in the process of looking for help when this very nice associate caught up with me and we returned to the batteries. He explained about the strength of the different batteries that would serve my needs and I purchased one that will run my weed-eater much longer that the original. I am very happy with my purchase and the associate that helped me could not have been nicer. I would definitely visit Home Depot again when I need their merchandise.

Always helpful knowledgeable associates. I have relied on Home Depot for all remodeling and decorative needs. I enjoy perusing the website and getting ideas for decorating, changing colors, adding new garden plants or the addition of water features to our yards. So many areas of my home have been transformed by ideas from the website and reasonable prices to make those ideas a reality. I love me some Home Depot!

Store was clean and bright as always. Using the helpful homedepot.com I knew which aisle my supplies were in and it made shopping a breeze.

I was a frustrated customer before I actually walked into the store not knowing exactly what I needed but only to describe the three items of what I needed to purchase. Roy asked if I needed assistance and of course I definitely knew I was in a hurry, didn't feel well and had a rough day I said YES. He led me to a couple of items you had in store and told me to check on line or he would be glad to assist me -but I was in a hurry.Thanks for staying beside me all the way to the checkout!! Very courteous - appreciate the help!

Customer service in the appliance department was very informative and positive. I was able to make a sound decision when I purchased my washer due to the associate's helpfulness and knowledge of the products. This was a stark contrast to the experience I received at the Spout Springs Home Depot location I visited earlier that day.

I acquire for help from 2 employees in this store, The first was Sherina at the returns register. She was very friendly and very helpful too! I am not sure of the woman, who work at the customer service area. She really went out of her way to check a price on the Kingsford Charcoal. Both of these employee showed dedication to do a good job to help customers have a great experience at the Gainesville, GA Home Depot. Hats Off to you women!!

Great paint department, young man named Nathan was very helpful and friendly and they all worked good together as a team during the 4th of July sale.

Could not find an employee to help me in appliances at this store. But, the same thing happened at the Dawsonville, GA store and what is worst here is: I asked at the front desk if someone could help me and they said, "sure, I will have someone right over". I WAITED 10 MINUTES AND NO ONE CAME. I left and when to another store and bought a refrigerator.

I was greeted at the door by LARRY--told him my problem, he took me right to the correct display, showed and demonstrated what I needed, I paid for it, got home, and works fine.

Reside on the other side of the county...confirmed you had product in stock on your web site... the process is tedious, but when you are the only game in town with applicable product(s)... monopoly does not become the subject matter only necessity...

I don't always ask for assistance.... Did on this occasion and was pleasantly surprised!!!! The associate not only was readily available but was very knowledgeable of products outside his area that worked in conjunction with what I needed. Best of all, I got home, used the products as he described and he was correct!!!!!

Store was very clean and I had no problems finding what I went in for.

As I shopped, I watched an associate giving very detailed instructions about plant materials, colors, sun , feeding . Any new gardener would have been welled served by that employee.
