We in Gainesville, Tx are so lucky to have Home Depot here!! You always feel so welcome , everyone is friendly and you can ask any question and you are helped!! If they can't help you, they find the person that will!!!! I'm a recent widow and I don't know a lot about "things" to do, these employees go above & beyond , in my opinion, to always help me & not make me feel stupid !!! I am very truthful & honest !!

Check-out staff was great! Loved the ease to return items. Great selection of construction needs.

Best customer service we have received,bar none in , a very long time. We usually shop at the Sherman Texas store and receive excellent service there as well, but the store did not have what we needed in stock.

Very friendly associates. Have a question or problem they're always glad to answer or help troubleshoot a problem. I always choose this store over the rest. Small town store hometown feel. They're great with the kids too.

Being a small town, I fell the Gainesville , TX. stores does fairly good at providing home improvement items I need.

I really like this Gainesville, Texas store. Everyone that works there is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had tried to get riding lawmower parts at another Home Depot store and they did not have anything so I had to order on line to be delivered to the store . This Gainesville store has a good selection and the parts I needed.

We go to this store at least once a week. Everyone is always so helpful

THERE IS DIFFERENT HARDWARE STORES AND DIFFERENT HOME DEPOT STORES BUT IF YOU WANT A LOCAL STORE THAT ALWAYS IS THERE TO GREAT YOU HELP WITH ALL YOUR NEEDS TELL YOU WHERE TO GO IF THEY DON'T HAVE THE PRODUCT. THAT IS OUR GAINESVILLE STORE.

In our day when Customer Service is almost gone, there are great people at Home Depot in Gainesville, TX that will get the Gold Star for great Customer Service! Thank you so much for a great shopping experience!

I shop a lot of home improvement stores from Austin to Tulsa, Wichita Falls to Little Rock. This store has the friendliest staff and I always have a good experience here.

Lately, the store aisles have been more cluttered with unattended carts and merchandise. At check-out, the receipt email option does not appear till after the transaction is complete. If I don't ask ahead of time, the associate can turn it off before I can accept. This has happened twice, they should ask first or make it so the customer must accept or reject before completing transaction.

Love coming to this store, all employees are always helpful and courteous. Have gone to other home depots and never get the same response from those employees. This store and it's employees always go above and beyond to help us. YOU ROCK!!!!

Excellent help throughout the store. After I checked out, the employee registered my drill online saving me a lot of time later on. Will definitely return.

This store went above and beyond their duty to find me the AC duct that I needed!! I had been to three other stores including Lowes that couldn't tell me if they even carried duct for AC. I was frustrated when I called and they found it for me over the phone, checked me out and I sent someone to get it immediately. VERY good customer service!!!!
