Check your receipt carefully, before you leave the store. I am still frustrated that I paid for two sheets of plywood as opposed to one sheet, cut in half.

The staff at this store are very helpful and friendly.

The best Home Depot I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot. While the store lacks some of the conveniences of the ones in bigger cities (tool rental), they make up for it with friendly, knowledgeable customer service and by balancing patience with a sense of urgency. Kudos to Jennifer, Kelly, Robyn, Holly, John and the whole crew.

I shop at a lot of home improvement stores in Texas and Oklahoma. Most of my experiences have been less than good. If I need someone to help I either can't find anyone or they don't know what they are talking about. This Home Depot, however, has consistently provided the best home improvement customer service of any that I frequent.

The associates, Debra in Paint, and Robyn cashier are extremely helpful. They are the reasons I shop here instead of Atwoods or Tractor Supply or McCoys.

The Gainesville, store has many hard working employees BUT there are a few with attitudes and seem to be unhappy. Ive seen some of the employees go from one end of the store to the other helping customers then Ive seen a few employees that definitely need some retraining on their people skills. Overall the Gainesville Texas Home Depot is a good store.

Always so friendly. Jennifer was very helpful with a fan we wanted and then checked us out very fast and always has a smile on her face.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. If they don't know about a particular question there is someone there who does. The only thing this store is lacking is a tool rental center, but other than that, it's an excellent store.

This is a store that I frequent quite often and I am satisfied with the service and products that I receive.

Went in to buy lawn fertilizer, cabinet and gift card. They didn't carry the fertilizer I wanted so rather than waste more time I just bought the gift card for my son because he hates his Lowe. Myself I'm going to my Lowe's the get what I need but they have poor customer service.

Great and helpful staff. Very informative, and if they cannot answer a question, they will find someone who can. For the most part, all are thorough in their product knowledge.

I was very excited to have THE HOME DEPOT STORE to locate in Gainesville, TX . I will continue to support this store regularly. Very professional attendants and management.

The store is layed out well and the iles are not over crouded like some other stores I've been in.

In this area, this is the best store, I go to. I guess, that is the reason I always go back Thanks to the man in the paint department. H was so nice, and helped me find a paint sprayer. they were on the top shelf, but he got a young man, to get a ladder, and get it down. The young man was so nice. I am not good on names, but ( will know you, when I come back Thank You, so much.

There are always employees that are eager to help. Kudos to the employees for taking their job so serious and to the staff that does the training of such caring employees.

I love that they know my name when I come in to get help with projects and paint ,supplies and such. I always get great service.

Robin in customer service is one of the best employees I have ever come in contact with in ANY store. She will find a way to help you. I go out of my way to visit that store because of her! Having said that, most of the employees on my last visit were extremely kind and helpful. The experience was first class! Thank you, Robin and staff!

The TEAM WORK shown at this store is quite evident, amazing, and appreciated. The Associates at this store take the time to work with their customers.

I love the people that works for Home Depot in Gainesville,Texas. They are very friendly and really nice. They also care about there customers.

We are always pleased with the friendliness and willingness to help from the employees at your store. The service department are always very helpful, and your store always has a good inventory of merchandise to choose from.

The associates are always willing to help at the Gainesville Home Depot. Recently needed to order something in the carpet and flooring department and the girl took a lot of time to find what I needed, even though it was a small purchase.

The store was better stocked than the one in Sherman. Store clerk in the flooring department was there where he was supposed to be and didn't have to be hunted down.
