Overall my experience at Home Depot was more than pleasant. The products are fresh and there are a great assortment of plants. The staff (especially Toni) were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. 5 stars for Home Depot Galveston and their friendly staff.

Shopping here is a disaster!!!! Seems like there is never enough Employee's who know there aisle..... Some of the cashiers just plain suck !! Are you so despert to hire "bodies" that you hire anyone without a criminal record or who can pass the FIRST drug screen !! I was at this store 2-days ago and the cashier's were standing around as I approched they all give me the evil eye as if I was borthing them . I asked who is open they all just stood there. Nightshift is a Joke . Most deptartment mananger's are a Joke . I know the only reason I shop here is I don't have time to drive off the island . Sad Sad and whoever is the store manager should get a grip on this group of misfits . Train !! Train !!! lead by example and then ; Train some more !

Everything was where it should be and customer service could not have been better. I got assistance when I needed it and a difficult situation was resolved without delay. I shop there frequently.

I needed one roll of Radiant barrier to finished off a project before the AC contractor comes to fit a new system, your stock level says 3 in stock but none to be found. Not good HD. Poor Stock keeping

Always helpful sometimes hard to find the special person in their dept. Overall very satisified. Deborah in checkout lane always a smile for her customers. She is a home depot star.

This store employs hard ready to work individuals that are ready to help the customer with any question. My cashier was friendly and mention she was working overtime for time missed. There were employees in sight Incase I needed assistance. I will return!

I frequent this Galveston store & enjoy getting personal service from employees that treat customers like friends. It is smaller than my Katy area HD, but it makes up for its size by always helping me with a smile.

Always super friendly and helpful! People will help you when you need it. Nicest cashiers. Clean store! Great music too! Some employees have dog treats for your pooch too!

I love buying on the island and keeping my money here the Home Depot stores just so convenient for me and it's always the aisles always clean space enough space to get around with whatever I have to purchase big or small and it's just a good place to go and buy your home stuff that you need I purchased several appliances there so I just I love having the Home Depot on the island..

The pro desk here is amazing. Always professional and friendly. They truly care about what they do and it shows. I use many different pro desk throughout Houston and Galveston but the Galveston pro desk team stand out by far. Thanks for everything you do.

Requested $40.00 cash back at the self checkout counter, then I got distracted and forgot to collect it. Patti, my cashier found the money dropped it in the safe and held it for me to pick up. Thank you Patti for your honesty and integrity! Great store with great people.

The home depot on Galveston Island is one of the best I've been to in Texas. I like seeing the same friendly staff, several of whom have worked there for years. I am always able to easily find what I need, or find assistance if I have a question. The store is as clean as you'd expect a hardware store to be. On the rare occasion that I need to go to another hardware store on the mainland, I'm always reminded why I love the Galveston store so much. The service is not comparable anywhere else.
