The cashier in the garden section, Donna, was very kind and gave us some plastic sheeting to put in our car under the mulch we bought. The employees are kind and patient, and the store is clean and neat. Everything we needed was easy to find, and when it wasn't, we were able to ask for help finding it.

I looked all over town for a product that I was told you could only get online. I called this Home Depot and they had it for a reasonable price. I went and the customer service exceeded my expectations. Thank you for making my shopping trip an excellent experience.

The store is great, it is well maintain. The only problem I had was with cashier Stephanie. She kind of disrespect me by giving me the impression she didn't believe I was a veteran when I gave her my ID card. She hail on to my ID card longer then normally. That didn't sit well with me.

Waiting 40 minutes to speak to someone for assistance with flooring. I called ahead and let them know I was coming and still had a hard time trying to find someone to work with. I'll admit my situation was a little different and tough but no one seemed to try and assist with getting a clear and consistent answer. Everyone just made up their own answer without being sure and didn't really provide any help. You would think they would be a little more helpful when someone is trying to purchase almost $3,000 worth of materials/ services.

Home Depot is getting better with their customer service and at this particular location it has been a better shopping experience than other HD stores. We have even had some employees help load heavier garden center items in our car at time. It's mixed results on finding help, but once help is found, the experience has been positive. The store is clean and well lit, and cashiers are friendly. I don't remember being asked if I found everything I was looking for at checkout. Sometimes I still have to hunt to find what I need, but this is getting better.

The only thing that would be better is if this store were located in Clayton NC. Lowes is a lot closer so I usually go there

I used to be a Lowes shopper but their customer service is terrible. I love Home Depot for there willingness to help and be sure you are satisfied with what you have bought.

Employees always give you a small town friendliness in a national chain, that's rare... goes to show you it's the people that make the business, I love this store. One side note blocking the access road on the side of the building with delivery trucks is annoying, and when you look back by the loading dock it's spacious and wide open. Backing out with a load on the trailer raises the blood pressure a tad. Ask a driver to move and they're not so pleasant.

The associates on every visit has always been so friendly and helpful. The store is always organized, neat and clean.

Home Depot is a store for all sorts of projects to fit your needs. The location is great, its near by and the costumer service is never a hassle. As a man who is constantly working on projects, Home Depot always gives me what i am looking for. Its not complicated, very simple.

I have spent over 2 decades as a Commercial Customer buying product from Home Depot and it has never let me down for needs and quality of Product. Customer Service and assistance has always been great.

This is my "go to" store for all my home improvement needs. The store is typically well stocked with a wide variety of choices, and the friendly associates are almost always in the vicinity or nearby enough if I need assistance. They rarely miss asking me if I need help before I've made my selection. I would rate this store a 9.5 for overall cleanliness, friendliness, and being well stocked. I'm always able to get the help I need at my Home Depot. Employees are friendly and happy to help which is nice because I often come in knowing what I need to get done, but not knowing what I need to do it.

We went to this store on Sunday (day of snow and ice) to get much needed paint mixed. Mike, who was not the regular paint desk person - went way above what was required to help us. He mixed 2 colors for me that were not on any of the color samples. Although the store seemed short staff because of the weather, many of the associates offered help as we walked by them.
