Great home improvement store to shop in with friendly knowledgeable employees.

I shop the Gastonia, NC Home Depot nearly every week now in retirement and stay very busy with garden and home improvement projects -- some big and some minor. The store staff always makes me a feel a bit more welcome than when I visit the local competing home center chain store. The selection is good and prices are competitive. I rarely have to shop elsewhere for my needs. I purchased installed carpeting, room addition building materials, wall and trim paint, lighting, hardware, gardening supplies, flowers, wicker furniture and much more. We take advantage of the good time payment promotional offers on our Home Depot credit card too. All good. Love you guys.

The Gastonia, North Carolina Home Depot store is consistently friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable when needed. I have been shopping this store for years and they have seen me successfully through dozens and dozen of small and large projects and every garden, remodeling, or hardware requirement. Prices are almost always competitive and helps our household work within our budget. My AKC Therapy dog frequently accompanies me to the store and he is welcomed by the staff that makes it convenient in warm weather because he is not left in a potentially warming car (even with the windows down). Love you guys.

Employees did not want to help. Even when I pointed out the correct items far overhead he refused to get it until I repeatedly requested

Very happy with my service, from selecting my purchase to checking out. Everyone was attentive, courteous and I can definitely say they went beyond their job description to help me and make me happy. The prices were excellent compared to the competition. Will definitely go back especially to the store in Gastonia

Over the last several years I have shopped at the Gastonia, NC Home Depot store to acquire and make DIY improvements to my home. The store staff, particularly the Pro Counter Staff, Electrical and Plumbing, and in Doors and Millwork departments were very helpful with advice. I always got the assistance needed to arrange for delivery or loading of my building materials. Very helpful. I nearly always bring my Golden Retriever, Rambo, with me on short shopping trips to Home Depot and he has found many friends among the Home Depot staff. I enjoy home building and maintenance projects and buying my supplies at Home Depot. I'd like to share some photos of my replacement front door, scratch-built 18 x 18' screened-in porch with polycarbonate roof, new vinyl floors in kitchen, hallways ... vinyl blinds, replacement wall to wall carpeting (installed by your pros), and lots of fancy crown molding mill-work trim.

The customer service was beyond compare

I needed to replace the flooring in my home and had a wonderful experience working this Suzie in the flooring department! She is very knowledgeable about the products. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision (in fact it took me months and I spoke with her at least three different times). She was amazingly helpful, made sure I had everything I needed and had spot on advice to make sure I was satisfied with my final choice. I couldn't be happier, there was no buyers remorse after this purchase. If you have flooring needs, I highly recommend asking for her! You will be glad you did!

The Gastonia, NC store always seems to have the products in the variety, quantity, and price-value that fits my needs. The staff is always friendly and helpful when needed. This store is better in my opinion to the local Lowes store.

Our local Home Depot in Gastonia, NC always seems to be well stocked and the store associates know their products, act in a friendly manner and come to my aid when I need information about products or applications for home improvements or about my handyman projects.

The Gastonia, NC Home Depot store is a delight to shop in. The store is well located, is well stocked and has a staff of friendly, helpful, and well informed associates. Love to shop there.

I went to the other home store looking for a wed trimmer. When I asked about the product, the store employee was clueless. I left and went to Home Depot and me an employee named Josh who assisted in my purchase with good working knowledge of what I was there for. I went back a few days later to buy a gas grill and Josh, who seemed to be off shift, stopped to say hello and wound up helping with my grill purchase. Awesome customer service

Wow... the customer service and overall shopping experience at the Gastonia Home Depot was one of the best I have experienced anywhere. Amos (in appliances) is OUTSTANDING in every way; Professional, knowledgable, friendly, service oriented and goes the extra mile to be sure our every need was met. Checkout was quick and friendly as was the experience we received when we first entered the store and was greeted.

We live in Shelby and drive to Gastiona just to come here. Great store. Nice employees friendliest I've seen. Product is alot cheaper and better that the Lowe's in Shelby
