I wish I had the same experience that others here have had, but my experience trying to obtain parts for my kitchen has been a nightmare. I would not recommend to anyone to as the customer service I received leaves much to be desired. For almost 13,000 dollars in materials, I expect a much smoother experience.

Plenty of personnel to assist you the minute you enter the facility- very helpful with the smallest of things.

I spent a good part of Saturday afternoon looking for help in purchasing a toilet and a vanity top for the bathroom. A young girl tried to help, she was ready with her mobile phone to look up the SKU. She ended up pointing me to Customer Service. Useless. Next I waited sometime in the kitchen remodeling area and was informed that the sales person was with a customer who had an appointment and would be tied up the rest of the afternoon. She told me that she would call me Monday morning. Today is Tuesday and no call. Unreliable. I am a doer who wants to get things done. Home Depot doesn’t help.

Kathy helped me customize a double sink vanity for our master bathroom. It’s just what I wanted. Kathy is very knowledgeable. A friend recommended her and I was not disappointed. I’m waiting for the product to be delivered.

Bought a pack of new appliances over $4,000 worth, oven doesn’t work, refused to swap out due to their ridiculous policies. Management was useless and not very customer service friendly. Every time you walk in this store and ask for assistance you basically ruin the employee’s day. I’ll drive to south elgin before returning here. Don’t waste your time.

I have some major renovations going on in my house. The associates are very knowledgeable and helpful.

The gentleman basically said “oh sorry” on an out-of-stock item promotion in which the store was advertising. Waisted time trusting items would be available
