I purchased a washer and dryer several months ago at this store. The sales associate was so helpful at that time, that we came back to have him help us, when we needed to replace our refrigerator. It's a pleasure to deal with knowledgeable people, who make you feel you are in good hands.

Went in to purchase items for air duct repair and came upon insulation services. This was part two of my list of honey do's and appreciated the insight the store employee provided. I was able to set up a time for someone to come out and review our needs which was much appreciated!

The helpfulness of the store associates and the loading team make it very worthwhile to visit this store when you need to buy a large amount of materials. They helped me get everything loaded up in my trailer quickly so I could get everything to the jobsite right away.

Had a great experience at Home Depot when I went to pick up my ceiling fans ordered through their website. They had them all up front and ready to go for me, and the associates were very friendly and went the extra mile to go and retrieve extra wiring I needed. All while I stayed up front. Great job HD!

The associates were great and instructing me on the current project I was working on and even helped me to do other projects that I had not thought about. I am excited to get started on all of these things that I can do myself and have them done exactly how I would like to have them done. My creativity is now pouring out!

This store has it figured out- The dimension lumber is always in good shape where a guy doesn't need to shuffle through a whole stack of wood to find a straight stick Staff is very friendly and accommodating. It is rare to not have someone nearby if you need a hand finding something Dawayne in cabinets has many great ideas to guide you through a smart cabinet design and is a wiz at using the design software so keep is fast and simple The store is always in good shape with shelves stocked and isles clear/clean If you're doing electrical, look for 'the tall guy' as he knows his department like the back of his hand as well as how to make everything work best for your application If you're planning to paint, find Big Ken especially if you're not sure where to start With all this, this place is MY store. for women that would put out more pink tools to go with my other pink tools. More completive prices. Take much better care of their plants. Sell the one they don't at a much lesser price to see if they can be saved More variety vegetables. Offer help in building items at the customer's time of availability. Put up samples of things a person can make and/or build for public display, with instructions on "How to do".

This store was the best. I received wonderful assistance in Home and Garden Department. I purchased a good deal of heavy products and the Associates were great in both recommendations and helping me get my vehicle loaded. Thanks so much.

Dale, the associate in lumber, tucked me under his wing, treating me like he would want his mother treated. I needed to build two garden boxes. At age 75, being just over 100#, I could not handle the lumber. Dale selected the lumber I needed, then cut each piece to perfection, and lastly, walked me to the cashier to assure I received credit for the lumber that was 70% off. I frequent this Home Depot several times weekly to pick up supplies for my farmstead. Many of the associates are like family to me. I have 100% satisfaction with every trip to HD!

It took 3 hours to order 6 blinds. The installers are a no-show, and H.D. never answer their phones - they just leave you on hold and then disconnect you.

I don't need to ask Google for help, this Gilbert store has so many helpful and knowledgeable employees. My most recent experience at the store . I had a was a problem with the pricing of the item. Ginger came to the rescue and recognized the error, agreed with me, fix the problem and sent me on my merry way. thanks you so much :)

The Home Depot store is one of my favorite stores to shop. Associates are very helpful, and I feel that they are happy to help, and work at the store. Your products are fairly prices in comparison to the other big box stores. The advertise price is all most always found to be true.

I live half way between a Home Depot and a Lowe's, but I usually find myself visiting Home Depot for my needs. I am a homeowner that does a lot of DIY projects on my home. It is rare that I can't find what I need at HD. The personnel is great, trained in product placement and customer relations. It is satisfying to be thanked for my purchase.....this is EVERY time. I often joke that I should have a patrol deduction taken out of my paycheck and directed toward Home Depot. Even with all the money I spend at the store, I still feel that I am receiving value. I am sold On Home Depot and I will remain a loyal customer.

I go to this location so much I know most of the employees. Knock on" wood" I haven't had a bad experience yet. I was recently impressed when I order something online and did a store pick up Order was done quickly, I picked my order up minutes before the store closed, on a Sunday night. I did the same thing at Walmart, it was a epic fail for the third and last time. Great job Gilbert crew Merry Christmas.

Product found online not in store, associate was very helpful in finding a substitute, and requesting original product be available in store. Flooring associate was very helpful for a future purchase and had great suggestions.

I came in with my 140 pound great dane puppy who is training to be a therapy dog. Everyone was friendly, not only to him, but to me. Took all of 2 minutes to finish my shopping as the associate knew right where to look. Spent the rest of the time walking the store and getting my pup acclimated to shopping carts and lots of people (I went on Sunday after Black Friday).
